  Um dos melhores hotéis de Copacabana!! Quarto 605 parece um pequeno apartamento: Sala com sofá cama, cozinha americana com microondas, cama alta e confortável!! Ainda teve mimos da equipe do hotel com chocolates!! Aliás, equipe atenciosamente e sensacional!! Com café da manhã bom apesar da pouca variedade

  Very well located hotel, easy access to copa and arpoador. Rooms have two rooms (bedroom and a living room) and a small balcony. The cleaning team is efficient, but late in the day.

  Sand sand sand everywere in room, even in the bed (we are sleeping first night) Asked to clean floor, but wasnt done properly. Otherwise fantastic location and well equiped rooms.

  Nice staff but the room was not clean and old. room service is poor and stop too Early. Panini machine was broken and dangerous to use. breakfast average. Only the lobby and lunch room was good looking.

  My wife and I stayed for 3 nights, 19 - 21 September 2014 inclusive. After having flight delays and getting to the hotel later than expected (about 2230), we weren't impressed with the reception from check in staff member (female).
  She welcomed us then told us that only a single bed was booked. I disagreed with her and showed her proof that I had booked a Privilege Room with 1 double bed. She then went on to say that because there was more than one person staying in the room, that an extra charge would be charged.
  Room comfortable with just the basics. Bed comfortable and we had good night sleep all 3 nights.
  Room was cleaned on first full day we stayed but wasn't cleaned on the second day, and no cleaners had entered. We got back to room late afternoon and requested clean towels and some coffee. There was some noise inside hotel due to not much sound proofing.
  No ocean views from hotel.
  Check out was good and we didn't get charged the extra person charge that we got told we would.
  Breakfast nice and breakfast staff very pleasant.
