Extremely nice and in a good location. Staff is friendly however I've constantly witnessed discussions and arguments between members. Restaurant leaves a lot to be desired however there is a wealth of options nearby, so it's not a big deal.

The beds are not that comfortable. The doors are thin and you can hear everything from the hallways which can be a problem if you're a light sleeper. The faucets leak. The elevators are slow and some do not work properly. The staff are friendly and helpful though and the restaurant is really great. For the price it is fair and I would consider staying again.

Good: front desk service is good, very friendly staffs, clean rooms, and a well-equiped gym. Breakfast buffet option is good and food quality and taste are not bad. Location is quite good and central.
Good to know: the place has no heater ans is a outdated in terms of facilities, furnitures and fixtures. Only a few of the front desk staffa can speak english - nevertheless you could tell that they are learning and improving on this.
What can be improved further: housekeeping quality - at some point the floor feels dusty despite after having housekeeping service. Also most hotels now offer the option to reuse towels, it would be good if new towels are only provided upon request or under certain conditions (e.g. left on the floor, etc)response / report this review -

Very decent and reasonable price hotel in business district. Breakfast is decent choices and very supportive staff. Rooms are clean and housekeeping is responsive.

São Paulo gets cold in the winter, and this hotel does not have heat. The WiFi would often disconnect, usually late at night. If it weren't for those two things I would give it 5 stars. Do not say here in the winter.
