Large rooms. Friendly front desk staff and great breakfast buffet. We had a little issue with a smelly area in one of the elevators but it was handled in a few hours. An airport shuttle would be a nice addition to the services provided. Good location for a short stay in Sao Paulo.

Very nice hotel and friendly helpful staff but it is located opposite a bar of some sort. Two nights I was there, both weeknights, I was woken up by people leaving the bar so not a quiet part of town.

Hallway carpets were a bit scruffy but everything else was more than satisfactory. The room sizes were very generous. The staff was helpful, polite and very accommodating. The rooms were cleaned well and promptly and the amenities were excellent. That in addition to its wonderfully central location made it an excellent place holiday at.

I enjoyed the room, always clean. There was a nice smell coming from the pillow too.
I had to buy a soap as I did not like the one provided.
the food was better on previous times I stayed. It was too salty and did not taste so fresh.

Arriving early, I did not expect to check in to a room. But even receiving a message at 10.10 a.m., "your room key is available now", it was not possible. When I returned to the hotel from a walking tour, I was told "it's automatic". I had to wait until noon.
Room and service were good, but the shower was completely fix.
The place was relatively calm, but quite central at Rua Augusta and close to Avenida Paulista.

From check-in experience through restaurant and bar staff to our housekeeper, every staff member we encountered was excellent. Our room was very spacious with a nice view across the local area. Good breakfast. Liked the pool area. Great location with easy access to metro at the top of the street. We would stay again if we return to Sao Paulo.

Everything was to my satisfaction: great location, well-maintained room, courteous and efficient staff. The only problem I have is with the number and location of power outlets. Too few (two single-outlets, one with the nightstand lamp, the other empty but because the electric kettle's plug was not compatible), located in odd places (one low down behind the bed, the other near the TV).

When traveling, one needs to charge cellphones, tablets, notebook computers. One does need to turn on the kettle if one is to make a cup of coffee or tea in the morning. Good thing I always bring along adaptors and power strips when I travel, but those who don't…

Please do modernize. More outlets, and please have Brazilian-standard outlets as well. The kettle will thank you.

Hotel located a stone throw from Avenida Paulista with all its attractions . 5 minute walk to Oscar Freire. 25 minutes on foot to Parque Ibirapuera or downtown. Tons of dining options nearby. Very safe area.

GREAT food. The buffet was really good with diverse and rich-flavoured food. It includes a beverage (except soda) and dessert. The service was also really good and everyone was kind.

Very welcoming front desk staff. The room is clean and nice, but basic. Smallish bathroom, but wonderful shower! Very comfortable bed, and quiet at night. Delicious buffet breakfast, though a bit on the expensive side. Taxis are east to get outside. Very close to restaurants, bars and shopping and a short walk to Paulista Ave. Recommended.
