The hotel room and facilities were good. But the TV channels were all in Portuguese which I cannot understand and there was only a Single English channel, I recommend to increase the number as your hotel accommodate various people from other countries which do not know Portuguese. It was unfortunate that pool was under maintenance during my whole stay, would have been nice if it was available.

Neighborhood is no that quiet, but ok wiht windows closed. They offer a comfortable room as usual of Mercure hotels. Nice breakfast. The pool is very small and was out of service during my stay. Sauna is the dry type, not my favorite. Despite that, I recommend it.

It was a good experience, clean room with the necessary stuff.
Although almost nobody speaked english or spanish so it was complicated to communicate our needs.

That place requires maintenance in several areas. Rooms are OK but smaller than in other Mercures in São Paulo for the same price. Gym is nice, pool was under maintenance. Breakfast room is way too small given the number of rooms. Checkout took 15 minutes. Sorry, I'll stay at other Mercures next time.

Location is great and the staff is friendly and attentive, however, the rooms are in desperate need of a refurb. My room was way too hot and the interiors were outdated. Despite marketing itself as an "apartment" this basically just meant there was a microwave.

Decent sized room with tasty breakfast, though I normally just eat the fruit. The view from the roof is amazing with 360° view of the city. The gym is decent for a hotel, but nothing special. The check-in and out process went mostly smooth. I had a few issues with my bill, but they were quickly resolved by the helpful and friendly staff.
