The party and the designated area for the party were great. Sound was appropriate (a little too loud but better that than too quiet), and they even set brought out a larg table for when the crowd wanted to do a flip cup tournament. However, the party was announced as 2x1 for the duration of the party, and several hours before they said they would not sell any more caipirinhas. Hostel staff was unprofessional dealing with the situation once people started complaining. Luckily for them, the party's organizer (a third party renting the space) calmed the crowd down. But they still did not solve the caipirinha situation. Hostel needs to learn how to manage these situations more effectively.

This was one of those hostels I booked one night to begin with and ended up staying for a week.
This area of Sao Paulo is great to have a base in. Its peaceful and some good places to eat. Its only 2 metro stops from Paulista and the metro is 5 min walk from the hostel.
Staying at this hostel was a comfortable experience. I slept quite well every night, coming from my previous hostel where I could only sleep 1 hour per night. But I recommend sleeping upstairs to be extra comfortable since the beds are bigger, more steady and its less packed because most people want to save 10 reals. I think it was worth the 10 extra reals (i dont know what the price will be when you're there).
The hangout area is good for sitting on the laptop. I had some productive hours there.
    Will probably be back again.

The hostel is very cozy. It's not pricey, yet the service and space provided is very good. There are fridges and kitchen stuff available, a very nice bar, and snooker table. The rooms are cozy as well and the staff are very helpful.

Probably one of the best hostels I've stayed at in São Paulo. Always clean, secure luggage storage under the bed, full of amenities including a pool table and overall a very nice place. Has security cameras in all the public areas so it's safe as well. Some shared rooms even have a bathroom inside the room. They have events on certain days of the week including a pizza day where participants pay a small flat rate and eat as much as they want. The only problem is that there's nothing to do in that area, not even a convenience store, just an expensive gas station. They also accept hostel international members and provide applicable discounts.

The location is awsome, the staff is friendly and very professional, try the breakfast and enjoy the bar!

If you're looking for a calm place, it's not here. Parties are part of the game. ;)

Excelente localização. Ótimo atendimento. Quartos simples mas aconchegantes. Pelo valor cobrado, o café da manhã poderia já estar incluso.

Pleasurable place with free internet connection, snooker table, board games and bar. There's free breakfast, 7:30 - 10:00 am. They offer a locker to put away your stuff but you need to bring the lock. Huge espace on the room with sheet, pillow on the bed, locker and bathroom.

Nice place to chill and hang out with friends who are staying there. But for them, the experience was a little bad because of bad conditions of the hostel (smelly rooms, shared bathrooms with no lock, etc)

The beds are really stiff, the rooms are small and the breakfast was really limited and dry. Also, we came with a group of 50 people and 2 nights in a row they only had lemons for about 8 caipirinhas, but the whole group wanted about 2 each. Don't they want to earn some money? They knew we were coming!
