Quite and safe hotel. It provides wide range of amenities. The staff is delightful.

Nice place, price can be little bit up for what hotel has, but for this location is good price. Close to main tourist area and to metro. Breakfast is included which is really good because restaurants arround are expensive.

Small but clean rooms. Great location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Super soft towels and pillows. Only complaint was room walls are paper thin. Could hear the neighbors television and conversation all the time. Management fix this and you can have 5 star hotel.

Nice hotel centrally located. Decent rooms (clean and functional, but small and slightly outdated), decent breakfast, horrible (free) Wi-Fi, and reasonably priced. In short, a good solid hotel, nothing amazing

The rooms were small, but very clean and perfect for an over night stay. The staff did everything possible to make my stay as easy and as comfortable as possible. The included breakfast was diverse and high quality, a very nice surprise for hotel breakfasts. The neighborhood was very nice with lots of restaurants near by. All in all a great hotel, and I will be staying there the next time I am in town.

This is a really good hotel for business travelers who want to stay close to Jardins area. The best feature of this hotel is the WFi and the breakfast. Probably the best WiFi speed I have had at any hotel in Sao Paulo and an ample breakfast selection included in the stay. The rooms and bathrooms are also really good and clean but the main reason I stay here is the WiFi since I need stable high speed for my work. The staff is helpful and courteous. The carpets in the hallways might need some cleaning though.

The hotel is located in central Paulista-Jardins area, which is very close to lots of restaurants, public transport hubs & shopping malls. The staff was so friendly & helpful. They had very good breakfast buffet as well with many options. Wifi is faster & easy to connect. Only drawback is room sizes are smaller.

The staff is well trained and very polite. Since the momento that Ive arrived the team welcomed me and helped with all my stuff.
The location is good, but I must point that the region is pretty crowed specially during 8 am. And around 6 to 7 pm. Avoid going by car if its possible.
The rooms are good, but it is not well isolated from the noise of the other rooms.response / report this review
