The place is clean but don't have lift. Need to climb staircase

Ok lor..
Just to complain few things;
- Air conditioner not cold enough
- Internet so annoyingly slow
- unable to plug in the electric kettle due to 2-pin plug. But the staff did a great job helping us to solve it by trying a lot of things.
- hotel condition are so-so but their staff are very helpful and friendly

The price is good, Spacious and clean room, near the grocery, accommodating staffs. Thanks to Ms Aida our Kababayan. They cater transfers to and from the airport as well as tours.

Nice hotel and clean. Surrounded by eating places and not far from the Bandar Seri Begawan. So convenient. I will stay again at the hotel if I am visiting Brunei.

Affordable basic hotel located near to supermarket I.e. Supa save, coffee bean & tea leaf, several restaurants. Hotel's in house outlets offers limited choice of breakfast therefore choose to eat at other food outlet.
Please note there's no elevator for this hotel, room completes with kettle, instant coffee & tea mixture, towel, soap, shampoo, body wash, tooth brush.
Official check out time is 12.00hours. I requested them to extend to 13.30hours, my request accepted without hesitation.response / report this review -

Rooms were decent and clean. Wifi wasn't strong enough to get anything done. The front desk did organize a tour for us that was a very good value.

Room feels old but generally clean. WiFi signal strong (my room was on the second floor). Has a supermarket nearby and nearby eateries. Location is poor unless u have a car.
