Excellent staff and clean hotel. The rooms are comfortable. There is an attached cafe that is a blessing. You get good food at all times. The attached store, nufat mart, is an added advantage and the store owner is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is free and they have delicious options as well.

It was good stay. The television works well. Just the fact that the bathroom is so big as the bedroom was not my cup of tea. The design of the room and the hotel itself were very outdated but thats okay. There r a mini market and a cafe on the same floor as the lobby at. It was very convenient. The mini market sells your needs, eg snacks, ointment and some sanitary. The cafe itself was cute. The hotel is very near to Kampong Ayer and the town. You can just walk there. A cool experience.

This is a budget hotel. The facilities quite standard. Car parking lot provided. Nearby Pasar Tamu Kianggeh. Inside and outside looked old, but comfortable.

Clean, comfortable rooms with tv and fridge. Not-so fast wifi but that's how it goes everywhere in BSB, free airport shuttle. Located in the heart of BSB next to the kianggeh market and within walking distance to the mosque and waterfront.

Old vintage tv, very basic breakfast, wifi poor signal, so so room quality, good bathroom with very good water flow bot hot and cold. Close to all important tourist sites in the city but public transportation system for tourist is ancient.

I wont recommend this hotel especially when you guys bring your kids along. The room is old, small, not well air conditioned and boring surroundings.

Front desk stuff were mice and friendly. Easy place to find. Great location to sight. Free airport pick up and drop off. I will go back again.

The room was dated and bed was a bit hard. The tv had about 4 channels and the wifi was spotty. This kind of room would cost $15-20 in other countries but here its more expensive. Its a 15 minute walk to the city center so the location is ok for the price. Not many better options walking distance from the city. At least the A/C worked. There was a restaurant at the hotel that was decent and cheap and also a small convenience store near the lobby too.

Although furnitures are old, air-con is noisy, breakfast is flat and water speed is slow and sometimes stopped, I still love this hotel because of the friendly and helpful staff. Moreover, there are pretty girls and handsome guys there haha.
