The room is spacious and comfy. They provide free shuttle from airport, and taxi service can be available upon request. The staff is friendly and smiley

Went there for a night stay and I would say it was a very comfortable stay. The interior design of each rooms were very satisfying. I booked two rooms, mine was facing the front road, and my sister's was facing back. The rooms were so beautifully arrange, the design is in trend, the lobby was comfortable too. They provided breakfast and it was okay, pretty delicious😊. Also got a swimming pool on the second floor, clean, not so big yet not so small. And the most important things for women is an iron for the clothes. I brought so many clothes that really need to iron, and most of the hotel i went, i needed to ask at the front desk for the iron and theyll give a limited time to use it. But not here, the iron and an extra pillow were kept inside the cupboard, so it was very practical. The fact that this hotel is near to some tourist attractions and some shops are a bonus. At the back of the hotel, there's a supermarket you can shop your needs or maybe grab some instant noodle, the next building sells textile. On the opposite road of the supermarket, you can find many restaurants there, such as halal indian food and bakery and Mytown restaurant/cafe. You can also take a shortcut by walking to Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas from here. And from Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas, you can pay a visit to Omar Mosque, to the town and also ride a boat to explore Kampong Ayer. The hotel also provides free wifi on each floor which is very cool. The fact that Sam Hammington has visited here also excites me. Hehe.Oh yea, they also provide to send us to the airport. I would love to give a thumbs up to this hotel. 👍 Keep up the good work.

We stayed there for a few days on a business visit to Brunei and the stay was so smooth.
Very friendly staff and the room was very clean and neat. Breakfast, with variations every day, was very good and attractive. The hotel has 24 hour room service.
The swimming pool was small but we did not have any time for it either.response / report this review -

Another hotel with an excellent rating online. And indeed the rooms are nice, sheets comfy, wifi consistent and staff very friendly. Many bus routes pass by in front of the hotel and is just a short walk from the new park at Sultan Omar Mosque. There is an emporium and many small restaurants and commercial stores near the hotel.

Stay 3 days 2 nights during Ramadan and Idul Fitri holiday. so have not tasted breakfast at this hotel he .. he ..

Spacious rooms, prompt service, staff friendly and exceptionally helpful. Breakfast brunch style with variety of hot dishes. Hotel provided us with airport shuttle on the way back. Good value for money.

Well, the hotel is average, not more, not less.
Even though it got some pretty high ratings on some booking platforms, it's actually not that amazing. The rooms are ok but the breakfast is a joke. All deep friend stuff, nothing really fresh and considering the rates, it's not worth it.
The location is ok, but expect long walk ways in case you don't have a car. The bus station in front of the hotel is operating but busses come every here and then.response / report this review -

I was staying for a night on 3 July. This is the 1st time i am in Brunei. The hotel is located near the city but not exactly in city center. The staff is helpful and friendly. There is a convenient store just behind the hotel.

Small hotel close to city. Nice and friendly staff. Good restaurant and great service. Room was nice and large, well laid out although the bed was the hardest I've ever slept in which gave me a sore back both nights.

Very helpful room service. Local cafe is very good. Reception staff neutral. Super good wi-fi in the rooms. Breakfast 🍳 needs to be more healthier. Too many fried food and no greens! Add some avocado 🥑, whole wheat 🌾 bread 🍞 and veggies - then I'm happy.
Hard bed, thin blankets. Window did not close properly. Overall good stay with small children 👶🏻response / report this review -

Doesn't look like much in the Maps photo but it's a nice hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Staff are super friendly and helpful. (allowed me to check in four hours early without hesitation) prices are good and in a good location.

It's clean and convenient. There's a bus stop just outside the hotel if you don't fancy a taxi or if you want to travel via the local way. Just about 10 minutes walk from this hotel and you will reach the jetty and you can take the boat to anywhere you want.
