Enjoyed the stay, good staff and facilities. The pool was great, but the gym needs improvements

The hotel go a mile further in customer service. It was raining, we wanted to go to restaurant nearby. Ask for hotel driver to send us but the driver is not around.. the manager drove us with his personal car and ask the restaurant to call the hotel back so he can pick us..

I organized a party for the office. The hotel staff was very cooperative n they provide alternative menus suited the budget n our taste. We were happy coz the boss was happy with the arrangements 😄

In 2016, there was this play in Jigsaw Primary School (my current school at the moment) called Kingdoms Unite. I was casted as Maleficent and had tons of practice sessions! However, it was worth it, though. Our executive producer and our principal eventually told us that we were going to StarLodge as a congratulatory prize. The hotel was really clean and neat. I also liked the pizzas served, including the Honey Garlic pizza and such more. Everything there was so kid-friendly and cozy, and that's all what a customer needs. The lobby felt so nostalgic and fresh, and honestly, it made me feel like I was 5 again. Some of the other cast members were pretty noisy and ran around the floor we were staying in, and the staff handled it pretty well. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay, and I am looking forward to come back to this aesthetic place again.

Good stay, inexpensive. Mini waterpark for kids around the swimming pool area as well. Very nice addition.

This hotel is near Jerudong Park, the biggest theme park in brunei and its location is great for relaxation :)
