It's adequate. It's in a good location. It's attached to a nice gymnasium where there's a decent healthy food cafe, where breakfast is served. I enjoyed my stay here.

Far from downtown, besides the main road. Wouldn't refill any tissues! You need to learn how to use the water pipe!

Prior our coming we send Email asking about air port transfer and tour at Brunei, we got swift response from Ms JoAnn and She also arrange the tour for us. The room is big enough and we got pool view. Clean bathroom as well. Situated near mal and public transport.

Very unfriendly staffs. I ordered for shuttle from airport to the hotel but the staff didn't pickup, they said that we are latebut we are just arrived and airport there is not busier than KLIA. Why they just can't wait?
Then i try to request any shuttle from hotel to town or other attraction at brunei, they said i can take taxi. What the very unpleasant service from the hotel. I have been there for 4 days but they did not ask where we are going, by what, what transport we can use or else. I just can say that over all Bruneian people are just like them. Sorry to say these but they are presenting the nature of people of brunei. Our next vacation maybe not brunei since i faound that indonesian are more welcoming tourist than brunei. This are my point of view from the experience of Palm Garden Hotel. I will never come again to that hotel.
