On a hot summer day we had the worst conference room I have ever experienced. At break time, the coffee bar was staffed by a poor soul who confessed she didn't know how to work the espresso machine and could we please wait for her colleague😵😬 You can hardly blame the staff. The whole place just had an unkept look to it.

Nice hotel next to the Technical University. Small Swimming pool and fitness center. Lobby bar is good. Restaurant food is also good.

I'm using the fitness hall there. Very small and over-crowded. Without proper air conditioning. Very bad.

The worst. I have not been in a worst 4* hotel. Rude staff. dirty rooms. Smoke stink. They did not clean my room and not only they did not acknowledge it. They said I was lying and send security on me. You can risk it and don't believe me or just don't risk it and don't go.

It's nice and cosy. Situated in Studentski grad, it is near a lot of bus stops. The university park is nearby so a casual walk is always an option.

Good place for sports - swimming (the pool is small though), fitness, table tennis (separate room in the basement - not the most welcoming place to be), spa.

Lovely place between tennis courts and a park. Good healthy food is served here on very reasonable prices. The place has a great view towards Vitosha mountain and is very calm and peaceful. Plenty of fresh air.

We stayed here for a business trip for two weeks. The hotel is located in the student area of the city right next to a park. Our room was very spacious and clean and had a beautiful view towards the mountains. Would definitely recommend it for business travelers. Would not recommend eating anything except breakfast though, better go to the Grand Slam Bistro next door!
