Rude staff that Speaks almost no English. They could not find my booking reference and claimed, that i had no reservation, even though i had payed ahead. I finally got a room, but was ordered to leave the room again the next morning (after having unpacked everything). They claimed it was booked, even though they had sevaral rooms available, so Why they needed that one specific, I don’t know.
The two Stars is only for the good location.response / report this review -

The room I had booked for myself and a friend was under renovation so instead we were given two separate rooms for the same price. Rooms weren't bad and the staff was great. Just didn't get the room I had ordered.

Furniture and decoration extremely outdated. Receptionist really unfriendly, she didn't said or facilitated how to print our boarding cards. Finally we realised that they had a public +10 years old PC with a printer we could use previous a fee payment. TV in rooms is so small that it is almost imposible watch from bed. In sum I recommend book other hotel

Durty is not only the place but also the atitude !!!!!
As a repetitive guest it was unbelievable to be treated this way!!!!!

The hotel has a rather old furniture and a communist aspect, but it is close to the center and it is also cheap. If you are not looking for luxury, but for a decent place to stay it is ok. Also, a minus is the fact that the staff is not speaking english and this means a lot of signing involved.

As a couple, we were given two single beds even after I had requested a queen/double. When I brought it up with the staff, they acted like it wasn't their problem and "couldn't do anything to help us." We asked to cancel the room, and were told to "do it ourselves." Exceedingly rude and inconsiderate treatment, if you ask me.
The room itself was disgusting. The "fresh" sheets had bloodstains on one of the beds, so we ended up sleeping TOGETHER on one single bed. The room itself was moist and the carpeting had stains all over.
We didn't feel safe leaving any of our valuables in the room, so we ended up taking most of it with us as we walked around the city.
Though the location was decent, it was loud at night, and we could hear our neighbors though the paper-thin walls.
All in all, we couldn't wait to check out in the morning.response / report this review -
