It's a 3 star hotel, not 4 star. By far. Though offering good location and rather adequate pricing. Might have been a bit cleaner (imho).

Good customer service. Food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing and yet very inexpensive. Quick and easy access to the city centre (Serdika) by public transport. Slight problem with shower which wasn't fully rectified during our stay but it was bearable.

Good hotel, neat room and good service. Breakfast is also good. Hotel is not too expensive and only 4 km from the centre of Sofia

Not quite good experience the last time I checked in. Me and my partner had to experience loud celebrations at the restaurant since a wedding party was taking place during our first night in the hotel. Furthermore we couldn't get a proper shower because there wasn't any warm enough water at all, no matter when through the day. To top this up, when I asked for a partial refund or future discount voucher I was declined such.

Tram stop nearby so handy for Sofia city centre. Rooms a bit small but bed not a rock so that's nice.

I was looking for a hotel near my home, where my parents could stay during their visit. They were really happy with their experience here. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was excellent, and anytime my parents asked for something they were helped very promptly. Highly recommend this place.
