I liked the hotel, it is new, central located, good rooms and facilities and complete breakfast.
However, there were a couple of points I didn't like; the road where is located is currently under works, and you have to walk up 100 meters of stairs, nobody helped me to carry up my luggage. Furthermore, they offered me a discount in the restaurant which apparently could not be applied for technical issues I do not understand why

Arena di Serdica is probably Sofia's most unique hotel if you consider its cultural value. During survey of the ground before building the hotel archaeologists excavated the amphitheatre of the Roman town of Serdica, who's location had previously been unknown. The ruins is today incorporated into the hotel's spa and conference rooms.

Amazing hotel with excellent customer service. They also have a convenient club/bar located next to it. The food and drinks there are reasonably priced. Amazing spa facilities as well with a beautiful view of the old arena.

I made an order. I arrived at the hotel with the booking confirmation. The hotel claimed that the virus had not given me the room at the price I ordered. Very bad!

Good hotel in excellent central location. Service could be improved. Breakfast buffet was rather empty already around 9 amand not really restocked. Rooms are abig and comfortable.

That wellness club is worth the money. 20 bgn for a fitness plus sauna pack. Great staff and fantastic environment.

Went to see the ruins in the basement of the hotel. It was interesting but it would have been better if there was so information about them. Staff were friendly and you can walk in off the street no problem.

Worthy of its 5 stars, this hotel is classy. Integrating the ancient ruins from the Roman town into the lowest two floors gives the place a unique atmosphere
