Very nice. we stayed 4 days in the middle of the city and the staff really made us feel at home. Nice rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast and fast internet, will come again. Btw the hotel parking is a good deal as Sofia is horrible for non residents to find a parking spot

Unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of the hotel's facilities as our stay was in the renovation period. Breakfast was not rich. The staff at the reception were very attentive and smiling. The room was beautiful. Suitable for business accommodation.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel, mainly because of the central location with easy access to the city centre. The room was of standard Hilton quality but there was major renovation taking place in many common areas. Breakfast served in a conference room. Personnel was great but would definitely not recommend until all works are complete.

Just wanted to thank you for working with me on my checkout time last weekend. I had a late take off time and the staff was super accommodating. Room was very clean and spacious. They had a nice breakfast with lots of choices all so fresh.

Everything you'd expect from a Hilton. Five stars for the decent gym, location to a very large park (running), and the breakfast spread. Would absolutely stay there again.

Nice hotel with staff that speak great English. Breakfast is good, drinks a little pricey for the area, dinner also good but limited choices. Rooms and hotel clean. Very happy.

Staff are utterly amazing, kind attentive and anticipate your needs. The hotel is well situated and perfect for heading out and about. If you are on a city breakouts as you would expect, great food, rooms for sleeping, fun bar and generally good facilities

Nice modern Hotel with great facilities.
I slept well until a cleaning lady came in without prior notice in the early morning. She recognized me when she was standing in front of me. In my eyes a clear no-go.

Very good service at the breakfast restaurant. The staff even offered to bring me water and coffee, which I'm used to do myself. Got upgraded to executive floor, wich has big rooms and comfy beds and pillows. On the downside my non-smoking room smelled of smoke, probably from a previous visitor. That was a bit of discomfort. Overall a really good hotel.

Two work trips, very good service from a friendly staff. I will stay there again on my next trip. I found many good restaurants within walking distance.
