We sleep in apartment with 2 bad rooms and one living room, it was very good apartment for a family with 3 children, a lot of spaces a kitchen with everything that we need and washing machine 👏🏻, the breakfast is good and also the restaurant.

The restorant is good, nice pool and jacuzzi. The rooms need to be refreshed, as most of the furniture has started to fall apart. For 5 days stay they never changed the sheets or cleaned the room, which is something that can't happen in a 4 start hotel. The Hotel is actually a nice 3 Star establishment.

It is OK place. Very solid 3 star hotel (they say it is 4 star hotel but I have not see any reason for the 4rth star). This is based on a 7 day summer visit.The staff is very nice and redy to help. Rooms OK with small issues with the quality of the bed sheets and missing air-conditioning. Food is good even in the all you can eat buffet you can find 1 or 2 tasty things.

The hotel is nice, has inside pool, food is very good. Location is also good, 10 minute walk from town center and few minutes drive to ski resort.
The only thing I did not like was the garden lights. They are to close to the windows and the room is full with light during the nightresponse / report this review -

Great hotel .The rooms clean and spacious.Kitchenets inside large fridge and a stove and a dining table .Spacious balconies .Breakfast was delicious with many choices .Restaurant room service very good .Spa pool hot tubs sauna all included for amazing price .I will definitely come back .Staff polite helpful too .

Bad reservation service!
The hotel requested 10 euro per hour for late check out or check in although our room had no reservation after us!
The hotel located far from centre and there is no illumination on the streets(if you can call it that way, there is no pedestrians area or sidewalk ).
Nothing to do with small children, I mean it! no animator,play room is far and poor.
The pool is cold, not enough towels in the pool, no drinking water near spa or sauna( they charge money for water, so if you are thirsty after the sauna bring your own water or pay) the corridors are cold and the bathrobes are old,stiff and shrunken.
We stayed for a few days and our towels were never changed.
The food in the restaurant is expensive and lacking taste
No supermarket with normal supply nearby and as I said, walking to the nearest restaurants will take you about half an hour on dark road so bring a flashlight; -)
