The place can definitely use some renovation. The apparent we used for two days was very spacious and comfortable, but the door was broken, there were significant scratches on the walls, and the overall quality looked very weared out.

For this price is expect much better quality of the venue.

The hotel was fine, the food too, but the personal was a little bit impolite. Also what draw my attention is the fact that I had paid spa commodities, but did not have any slippers in my room - for which I went to ask at the reception. They charged me for those one-time slippers which you have it by default in every hotel - especially with a spa.

tl;dr; It was ok, but ain't gonna visit it again.

Nice summer camp for kids. Average servise. A bit higher that the general low Bulgarian Tourism level. Uncomfortable rooms. Irregular hours for cleaning.

Green life the BEST!!! Everithing is fabulous, room are big and bright, the place is green and you feel free and like youre the one with the pirin mountain the interior pool is the one i like the most, the hotel is new and luxury, spa, staff fabulous.

Excellent service! We loved the outside pool and the free sauna. Nice massages as well, very good prices. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in a lovely location. The room is clean and the staff is very pleasant. Have not yet tried the pool or the spa, but both look lovely.

I went there December 2016 and it was terrible. We were in one of the buildings around the main building which for me should only be used in the summer. During our stay there was no heating , we were freezing at first , than they gave us portable heating mashines that heated the room after 12 hours
The door was with a hole in the middle.
We were very dissapointed.
I also asked for an additional key and they promised the would give one to my which didn't happen.
The only good thing was the food (breakfast) and the restaurant itself was very bright with warm colors , very cozy.

They say it is a 4 star hotel but in my view it doesn't match the standards of a 4 star. It is far from the centre and the gondola. You need to walk or take the shuttle.

At the period I went wasn't so crowded. The price of the room was cheap. Very good bed, and the food was great.
