Nothing special to be said. It's a five star hotel and Spa complex and it fits in that category completely. Go, check out, spend some money and enjoy your time.

Overall it is a very nice place. I personally do not ski, but only Kempinski members get VIP passes that allow no waiting so you can jump the line. Breakfast is amazing, rooms are well designed and the spa amenities are second to none. Definitely one of the best, if not the best, hotel in Bulgaria.

Superb property with stunning views over the towering Pirin Mountains. Great and spacious rooms and absolutely fabulous outdoor pools area (the chilled water pool was fantastic on a hot summer day). The locaitn cannot be beat — right on the ski lifts and within short walking distance of Old Town.

Amazing place, the best in Bansko. High lvl luxury offered, great amenities, a lot of.things to do. Amazing food quality. Superb rooms. Receptionists are very good guys. Simply the hotel is great.
The only reason for choosing 4 star is the restaurant service. It was awful !

Truly world-class!!! This hotel is excellent in every respect. Room interiors (rich in wood) and amenities (e.g. high quality cosmetics, pillow menu, etc.) make the stay super comfortable. The Italian restaurant (Come Prima) offers outstanding fare, also for half board guests (both the avocado risotto and the sea perch fillet in tomato broth were standouts). Breakfast was equally outstanding. Service likewise is world-class. And the location is superb - right next to the gondola lift, and several hiking trails literally start at the door step (the trail to Demyanitsa hut is particularly noteworthy - it is a very pleasant climb through a huge forest, and you can continue to several other huts - so you can make it a 10, 20, 30, 40 km hike, whatever you like). Also the gym and spa area of the hotel are great. All in all, quite possibly the best hotel in Bulgaria!

The best hotel in Bansko in terms of qulity, location and benefits.
Very good breakfast, big selection of dishes, fresh and tasty.
Service is as expected from a 5 star hotel, beautifully set lobby and sitting areas, indoor and heated external swimming pools are big and a fun experience.
Rooms are big and beds are comfortable.
VIP passes to the gondola as guests of the hotel is probably the biggest benefit in a busy ski day. This alone will save you a lot of time.
Use the concierge services to book some local restaurants. We enjoyed the one we were recommended very much.

Birthday celebration in Bansko for my wife and me. Far exceeded our expectations! Breakfast buffet was beyond memorable. Great food at the restaurant as well. The concierge and staff saw by my passport that it was my birthday and delivered a surprise birthday cake to our room! The spa facilities were great. We will return frequently! I can't imagine staying anywhere else when in Bansko!
