The room (apartment) is very spacious but it smells really bad (the carpet probably). The staff is nice and friendly. The pool is very good for a hotel. I didn't try the restaurant so I can't give an opinion on it.
There's some loud music around the hotel and it's very annoying at the night. Nice furniture but a bit old and not that comfortable. The location is very good as the center and the main street 'Pirin' are both 5min away (walking).

its a very nice and spacious hotel. it has excellent rooms with great views and some rooms have balcony. Its close to the town centre in Bansko and it is walking distance from small convenience stores and groceries. Breakfast was included in the price and also the sauna and the swimming pools are good here.

Very bad and dirty hotel. Hardly 3or 4 people could speak English. They would clean our room every 3 days! And they didn't want to change our sheets even if I told them that they were wet. The only good things are : value for money and good location. I wouldn't go there again

The worst hotel I have ever seen! We were visiting with a 2 months old baby and the apartament was terribly cold, dirty and definitely not a four stars quality! Never go there.

good location
they placed us in an apartment for the price of regular room because the hotel was full.
very cheap but should not be classified as 4* hotel!

Room was never cleaned for 3days stay.
It was very cold in the room, they gave us blower heater on the next day though.
SPA is working from 10am to 7pm and the sauna is cold till 13-14pm.
children's pool is too cold - 28deg. It looks safe but you're not (!)allowed(!) to leave your 6yo there and swim in the big pool (2m away).
breakfast was acceptable, but the hall was too small and you have to wait to get a table.

Overall - I would not recommend it. The price is very good, but you don't get even 3* quality in return. Most of the staff is friendly, but they can't compensate for the few exceptions we encountered.
