The most significant problem is that the room was smelling like toilet. I had to leave the windows open all day but still the smell remained. The sheets are replaced every 4th day, which is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. We booked tween beds but they provided one double bed. When I complaint to the reception the answer was that there is a couch that can be transformed to bed and their attitude was "take it or leave it". The walls are thin so you can hear the next room even if they just talk, so afternoon naps are out of the question. The only good thing is that it is close to the lifts. Breakfast is ok. In general it is too expensive for what it offers. Not really a 4 star hotel as advertised. Next time I will stay in nearby hotels and not this one for sure

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. No WiFi. No safe, only safe in lobby and costs money. Very poor food in breakfast and dinner, no water. Very thin walls.

First of all nice breakfast and dinner and nice spa and pool facilities. Spacious rooms with a nice small balcony. Nice location close to the lift and shops.
Few notices: Spotty internet, sheet changes every 3 days, no safes in rooms.response / report this review -
