  The hotel has good facilities but it is let down by the staff and its location as it is a good 15 minute walk from the skin lifts and main ski resort.

  The hotel is a 25 minute walk from the gondola. The lobby is nice and the pool and sauna facilities are very good. However, my room was shockingly poor. The bed was very uncomfortable and the facilities in the room are non existent. Whilst there is a shower there is no shower cubicle, it is open in the bathroom with no curtain or other pricy. The restaurant is very well presented, but the food is Bulgarian but has no English labels so you have to guess what it is, and that's not always easy!

  If I could give 0 star, I would give that. Even cancelled my reservation before the free cancellation date, they charge my money and I couldnt receive my money back! Staff is awfull. Even before going there I have many many problems. I couldn't imagine what would happen if I go there.

  The hotel is good for couples who want to go skiing without spending a lot of money. However, we were 3 people and they have us a room for 2 with a really broken down foldable bed for the third person. To make things worse, the bathroom is separated from the rest of the apartment with a glass wall, making it a bit uncomfortable when someone is taking a shower.

  Hotel is ok to sleep but not even close to 4 stars hotel. A lot of small gadget are missing or not working in room.

  The best hotel!
  I have called at the reception desk and the lady doesn't know english at all and then she hung up!
