The hotel is not new but still looks very good. All the personal are kind and helpful. For breakfast there is a great variety of different meals.

It's a nice hotel, the cooking is great, the rooms are air conditioned, nice sized and all have a balcony, but i dont think it's a true 4 star hotel

It is a nice hotel. Kind staff, the food is good, not the best I had but it is good. The pool is 27 degrees and it was a bit cold for the baby. The rooms are nice, with A/C and big bathrooms. The hotel is not in the city centre, but in a quiet area at the edge of town. There is a big parking lot,too.

Unfriendly and grumpy personnel. Upon arrival they put told us that we need to wear white stripe on our wrists, so they can identify us. These cannot be removed and you should wear them 24/7 which is not very pleasant. This appears to be the standard practice as we later saw more people wearing them.
When checking out, we had to wait 10 minutes for the receptionist. The food is not bad, but the choice is very limited and if you are a vegetarian you will have bad time.
The TV in the room is about the size of a tablet and the remote control was not working. The room is spacious enough and it was clean, which is it he minimum level for a 4* hotel. This is the only positive thing. The internal walls are made of such material that allowed us to listen to the pillow talk of the people in the next room.

Probably the best place to stay in Bansko.
Staff are incredibly nice compering to other hotels around.
And the facilities are 5 stars .
