These people are Liars, would you trust reception staff that flat out lies to your face with your credit card details? Who knows what they might do when you initiate a charge back a fake bill could easily show up. I asked for directions to the well known Erma spa in Bansko, the receptionist lied and said it is here and charged me 10 leva for use of their shallow pool, the floor of the changing room was wet there were no toilets absolutely not worth the admission fee, and certainly not the delightful Erma spa, I have pictures of this horrible "SPA" but can't post them in a review. Avoid and never ever trust these liars with your credit card details.

Nice quiet hotel, open buffet, bar aside, outdoor area, healty baths, hamam, turkish bath, massages, therapyst, lovely people working, healty bar, exelent lounge area, moderate wifi - 6Mb symetral, tv, kids areas, all&all very layback place, nice overall, inside warm pool, saunas, free gym

Varied and good, really close to the gondola lift, and

My friend had his 250 euros stolen from his room and the hotel didn't helped at all. The food was so bad we had to eat outside almost every meal. The pool was cold and the common areas weren't clean. I've heard other hotels for the same price offers much better service. Don't waste your money on this hotel.
