Food needs to be better. Room not made up upon arrival. Shame the all inclusive drinks and food aren't allowed to be taken into the pirate pool.

The hotel was fine, great for kids. We went all inclusive but had to eat out most of the time as food was rubbish.

The food was not fresh and tasted horrible. I got sick because of it and i wasn't only one. Location and waterpark might be good for kids but food there might ruin your vacation. Thank God i was there with my friends because i would never let my kid eat there.

Staff can enter in your room at any moment without notice. You can not sleep after 10h it is the time when the kids animation starts really loud.

Steer well clear of this 'hotel'. Cleaners just walk in without knocking. Well I say cleaners, women come in and make the beds every day. Been here a week with the same sheets, towels only changed once. Dirty glasses have been sitting on the side since Saturday (it's now Friday). Bathroom hasn't been touched, sewer smells coming from the bathroom every day (enough to make your eyes water) oh but we have had the bins changed!
Food is more alikened to pig swill but if you like bruised apples, mouldy peaches and yesterday's leftovers you'll be fine. Same meals every single day. If you go 'all inclusive' you'll find that actually nothing but ice creams and nasty syrup soda is free. Oh and pig swill food. Everything else they expect you to pay for again. (Cans of drink, wifi, the basics you expect for your money). Wifi is available very, very intermittently in the lobby. Even the beach has small sections that you can sit on (for free) the rest you pay extra to enter.
The slides in the pools are about the only decent thing, that's if you can bear the freezing temperature of the water.
On the plus sidethe sun was free and hot!!

Great for a family holiday. All inclusive. Very very clean with helpful staff. Food not great but edible if your not fussy.

This is a great place. Rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean with big shower cabine. Food is fine, the only thing i didn't like is spice "čubrica". They are using this spice with all meat food. The pool and aquapark are outstanding.This is a place where I'd be happy to come back.
