Despite being one of the cheaper brands, I truly love this hotel: very friendly staff, great rooms and all for a very reasonable price at a convenient location. I've stayed here multiple times now and every time it's been a delight!

Room was clean & tidy, the bathroom was lovely & very spacious. However the key cards with the lifts and the room door failed to work a couple of times so I had to go ask for another. This is the second time I have stayed here and would definitely recommend because of the location, which is easy & accessible when you get off the Eurostar.

My 2nd stay in 2 months. 1st time had a room looking into the quad and was pitch black and quiet. Last night's room was Street side, and was noisy up til midnight then the workmen started outside the window at 7am. Not the hotels fault I know! The hotel itself is modern, clean and great food.big comfy rooms.

The staff were friendly and all spoke my language. The hotel is very simple and looks clean. Minors were that there were no locks on the bathroom door or shower curtain as we were a family. Would recommend for a couple nights for a single person or couples. Food at restaurant was good but expensive. Overall content with my stay.

Nice hotel very conveniently located to the main station in the city.
The staff were friendly and helpful, food was good in the restaurant with a modest selection of Belgian beers.
Internet access is free and worked pretty well.
Only complaint: no proper wardrobe space.

In a word 'Adequate'.
The hotel itself is well located (very close to the station) and the staff were generally friendly.
Negatives would be that it didn't seem particularly clean and the air conditioning system (which you cannot switch off) was quite loud, humming all night.
Checking out they had an administrative melt down trying to charge me twice for a breakfast I didn't have once. (I didn't eat the prepaid for breakfast because they weren't able to cater for my allergies. They then tried to charge me for breakfast whilst I was checking out.)

The location was good, though the busy road and railway station noises were annoying at times. The price we paid was OK, there is parking underneath the hotel for your car and the room was clean and good looking.
