  The hotel staff was great. The room was average, for having just done a renovation I wasn't very impressed, but the value was great.

  Warning!!! Be careful when they ask your credit card details at the reception for security deposit. They would copy the complete CC details including CVV. The hotel has your ID and CC details, and who knows for what purpose they use your credit card.
  
  A hotel asking security deposit, come on, security deposit, it's my first experience. If they don't trust me, how can I trust them by giving my credit card details. Unprofessional to the core and my worst experience ever.

  Location is very good. Rooms and especially bathrooms are a bir dated but clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is rich. Free Internet connection is very slow.

  Hotel has seen its best days already. Rooms are a bit old fashioned and "overused". Breakfast is ok but not really state of the art.

  The room was very small thank goodness we had a deck to go outside. Staff not very friendly or helpful rushed us away. Spa was disappointing, Steam room cold never warmed up and salt bath cold and drunk men took over jacuzzi passing a bottle of Rum around, very disturbing as well as unnerving. So disappointed in the hotel not what we expected at all.

  Amazing breakfast, clean and nice rooms, good service. Rooms were extremely hot even in early March (AC did not work). Also free wifi was lousy, premium was bearable.

  Bed was two singles 'joined'; not a Queen as described.
  
  Joined in the loosest sense of the word The mattresses were laid on a single piece of plywood with a single bedsheet and two single duvets atop them.
  
  The room was clean, a little stuffy but not bad.
  
  The bar was remarkably expensive, and out of stock of most beers.
  
  The spa was certainly lacking. The steam room was rather dirty and the sauna was neither hot, nor illuminated.
  
  It's 4 star rating might need to be revisited
