For it's location and price this hotel is very good. Room standard can vary quite a lot and overall feel very dated. However for the price and it's closeness to grand place I think it's good value for money.

I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time and asked if they had early check in. The front desk attendant was very rude while talking to me and simply dismissed me. There was another attendant that probably felt embarrassed for her coworkers behavior and told me she was going to try an early check in if I came back in 1 hour. I returned 1 hour 15 minutes late and the lady politely told me the rooms were not ready. I kept waiting and the room wasn't ready at the specified check in time.
I finally got my room to walk into an ashtray (note that this is a non-smoking hotel). I called front desk and the attendant pretty much told me there wasn't much they could do as there were no other rooms available in the same (basic) category I booked. Didn't offer anything at all to try to compensate the fact that again, I ended booking an ashtray.
The housekeeper came over and started spraying lavander air freshener all over, which made everything worse. And told me I had to leave the window open so the smell would go away. Ah, forgot to mention it's 11C (50F) outside but the lady told me it wasn't cold
And that's it, I'm not in a cold, cigarette-lavander smelly, old room. There's NO way this is a 3-star hotel. Old, poorly kept rooms and rude staff.

We stayed there already 3 times, always pleasant. Only thing to keep in mind is they have really simple breakfast, but it does not really bother me. The location is really perfect. If you find a good offer of this hotel, just go for it.

Help solve your problems.
I have to say about the hotel
Good place is located
Rooms were large and clean.
Proper facilities.
And the price is good
The hotel is close to most spectacular attractions.
Easy access to the metro and train station

This is a great location for shops and sights around Grand Place. The rooms are a decent size with numerous receptacles. The bathrooms were OK. Parking is convenient to the hotel.

Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was nice. Got noisy quite a bit at night. All in all, given the comfortable price, this is a nice hotel.

Nice hotel accommodation in the heart of the city! Famous landmarks are just steps away! The rooms are tidy everyday, staffs are very accommodating & friendly! Breakfast is also good! The only but - i have is the thin walls between rooms that you can hear them speaking!! All in all our stay in the hotel was good!

Very nice looking inside with marble and other natural stone adorning everything. The hotel staff were excellent and on point. The room was cozy with a nice size bathroom and an excellent shower.

I will definitely be staying there again.

Staff hasn't heard of the concepts of service, smiling or simple things like saying "Thanks for your stay".
Boring breakfast that has never seen any love or spices for that matter.
Air-con didn't really work so our room was very hot most of the time.
No water/tea/coffee in the room.
Old and ugly furniture.
Running water in the bathroom can't really get cold.
Awesome location as It's close to tons of things.
Sometimes a smell of cigarettes came about.

Impressive reception hall. The receptionist was rude. Room nice size, out-dated furniture. Bed was good. Bathroom big enough. Quiet and great location 5min to Grand Place!!! Breakfast pretty good selection. Very clean.

I booked a double room for a romantic weekend, but they gave us a room with two single beds without letting us now. When we came back to the reception to get another room, the receptionnist did not apologize and told us that he does not have any double room left. Nothing we could do about it. No refund possible.
Breakfast was ok but not exeptionnal.
Room was clean.

This is not a two star hotel. It definitely delivers a three star experience. Good reception staff. Nice concierge. Helpful security staff. The rooms are wonderful and large. Not modern though. The bathrooms are nice. A slight smell comes from it, not sure if it's for all rooms.
I loved the place. It's fairly close to the station.
Only one hitch, the cleaning maid walked in on us while we were sleeping. Gave us quite a scare, but she left discreetly. Still no locks on the doors leaves you worried

Great hotel, loved the stay here. Rooms were clean and the cleaners did a great job daily. The breakfast was good as well with plenty of variety. At the bar there was a fine selection of beers and other alcoholic beverage. Only issue was lack of lunch and dinner at the restaurant at that time of year.
