We stayed for two nights there and very exceptional services. Nice and comfy rooms and very healthy breakfast. The most important thing is free parking. Brussels P+R Delta is just 15 min drive from hotel.

Stopped by for a cappuccino today to check out the hotel and restaurant for a potential visit. Unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired and does not entice one to return any time soon.

Disappointed by this hotel. It claimed to be 4 starts, but could definitely use a makeover. The interior is very dark, smelled funny and looks outdated. Room was clean, but empty minibar and very noisy airconditioning that needed to be shut off if you wanted to get some sleep. Hotel bar was way too hot, smelled damp and had worn down furniture. Breakfast was basic and served uninspirational in a outdated furnished room.

A real 2-star experience. When I stayed the restaurant was closed for a private event - which then played music loudly into the early hours (not ideal on a Wednesday night). This contrasted with Sunday when I wanted to relax and found the hotel bar is closed all day. If you get stuck in "the lodge" beware there is no room service or minibar. Horrible.
