Modern quirky hotel in a good location. Good sized and equipped bedrooms. Clean and fresh. Staff helpful. Bar good but expensive. Restaurant closed for both nights of my stay - poor for a hotel of this quality.

Clean, modern hotel within about a 15 minute walk from eating and shopping. Love that each room is painted with different artwork from different artists! We're a big fan of the amenities provided in the spacious room including water, coffee and tea. They also include conditioner, which is a plus for my long hair! This is the first place we've stayed in the UK or Europe that provided washcloths and I honestly never thought I'd be so excited about that!
We did have the do not disturb sign on our door and housekeeping did knock anyway We were able to refresh toilet paper and coffee, but it was slightly odd to try to make contact when we had the sign out.
The power also went out sometime overnight on our last night, but the room was brightly lit enough for us to get ready and pack the rest of our things. We were also welcomed to a free (cold items, because power) breakfast as a "Sorry!" which was nice and unexpected.

Excellent hotel. Everything needed for a comfortable business stay (strong wifi etc) plus some nice differentiators: Superb breakfast, cosy decorated rooms, smart TV, close to public transportation (tram and subway). I strongly recommend .

The hotel is near a park and also the finance tower. There are few shops near it that you can buy groceries. The rooms are big and clean, and each room is painted by someone that you can read his/her story next to the mirror. There is not a room service but you can order takeaway food from the receiption and have it in your room.

Was here during tomorrowland 2017 and they themed the hotel after this year's Tomorrowland theme (amicorium). Staff were friendly and the clean staff very thorough with room cleans. Amazing time here and would definitely stay again next time

Creative and nice hotel at fair price.
Delicious breakfast, with even a little van inside for the warm gaufres. Cool artistic areas inside the hotel, and good concept of sustainability on all fronts. It's located next to the very nice park of the Botanique, perfect for a quick get-away from work. We were also able to negotiate a good price for a group of 10.

Very cute rooms and helpful staff. It definitely felt like a 3 star hotel, which is fine as it's advertised as such, but I always appreciate a bit of a surprise. Finishings were nice but not always well integrated. Some cracks and holes in the wall, or peeling wallpaper. The art in the rooms and lobby is a refreshing touch on the hotel experience. There's no housekeeping on staff for after-hours requests (a corkscrew or bottle opener for example) so make sure you're prepared or can leave the room for things like that. Make sure to settle up with parking prior leaving (even if returning) as the ticket is refreshed at each entry (wasn't clear on check in).

One of my favorites in Brussels. Big comfortable rooms, very nice buffet breakfast, good location, very close to metro station, quick and easy check-in. Recommended!

Beautiful room, although unfortunately our AC didn't work properly. Everything else was great - good location, next to Botanique, close to the center and Bruxelles-Noord train station.

“Amazing!”
Had a weekend in Brussels with my gf and this was my birthday surprise. Nice staff clean bedroom, free coffees, free apples, quality shampoo and lot of more. I will come back!! Almost close to botanic park, you have to go!response / report this review -
