Great hotel. Facilities and rooms are top notch. Breakfast was delicious. Located in a lively part of the city with everything close by.

The hotel is in the middle of the city and about 5 minutes to the next parking area (northwards). I got upgraded an the room was very big! During the night it was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was okay. The gluten free bread was old and not usable anymore. Unfortunately the personnel didn't noticed that properly.

This is a good quality hotel, with adequate and comfortable rooms. The breakfast selection is broad and of good quality. The bar & bistro are nice and serve nice food for a decent price. The WiFi is free, with premium options available for sale.
The only down side really is that street noises usually are quite penetrative due to the way the building is structured, so light sleepers may have issues there. Courtyard rooms are available though, and are much quieter.response / report this review -

Spacious, neat rooms allow you to really make this place yours for the duration of visit. Positioned in a great location in the city centre, easy to locate, right in the heart of gent.
I didn't find it too loud, such a great atmosphere, and clean..
Great pool area, helpful staff. The lobby has wii kinect and computers, and all the info you need including weather forecasts etc. It is child and couple friendly, without everyone stepping on each other's toes.
I can't express how much I enjoyed my stay here.
Breakfast is expensive, but good quality, but there are plenty of places for food nearby at cheaper prices too.
Just remember to pack mosquito repellent.
All round it's a great value for money hotel, would absolutely stay here again.response / report this review -

Nice modern hotel with underground parking (provided free with family suites).
Room was a little shabby with a fitting missing from wall in toilet, leaving bare patch of plaster and screw holes.
Staff friendly but not efficient - didn't tell us parking was included until we reminded them, didn't give us a token to get car out of garage so one of us had to go and get one from reception.

Ok Hotel overall. Rooms and restaurant are good.
We had a room on the first floor facing a small alley on a Saturday . Windows installed do not issolate the noise of people walking by very well. You can literatily understand what the people are talking about when they pass.response / report this review -

Excellent place. Only downside was that when I reserved my room (only 20 mins before I got there) and asked if there was parking, I was told "yes". When I arrived at the hotel it turned out that parking was a 10 min walk away.
Other than that though, I can thoroughly recommend this place.response / report this review -

Great place with great staff. Only downside is parking. They have over 100 rooms but 25 parking spaces. Otherwise deserves 5 Stars
