With friendly, welcoming staff the hotel is part of a wonderful old building around a courtyard in the heart of the medieval centre of the city. The rooms are nice and big, quirky and a bit dated but thankfully free of hotel chain feel and decor!

A city hotel with the atmosphere of an old monastery.

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff is very helpful. The only think is that there is going too much noise from the street and the room equipement is little bit older.

The hotel in a monastery I assumed in a real monastery and it is kind of interesting and strange at the same time. The room has not so much facility but it's quite comfortable. Staff is not welcoming but they are not annoying. So it's an avarage place

Interesting place with great staff. If you don't mind some of the communal facilities then go for it. Its unusual nature is its charm.

The BUGS experience. 10-11november. I suddenly woke up at midnight (5am) with something tickling my ear. I turnt the light on and 6-8 bugs were running around by bed (single bed). I decided to leave my room and went to 'sleep' to my friend's room. Nice way to say it because we couldn't get any sleep thinking about the insects.

In the morning the staff was not helpful at all. Impossible to contact with any manager and they made us to pay the 3 rooms (obviously we didn't do so in the end). They didn't see it as an important matter and said that was normal (it has happened before). We paid only for 1 of 3.

Rude staff also in our welcoming because we hopped there before time.

Old place that is not worthy the high price you pay.
