Very good location near Gent Sint Pieters station and big rooms

Outdated, dark decor, lifeless bar. Staff recommended staying at other location in the city!

Rooms were not very clean and worn out. On the hotel website is says each room has a mini bar but ours was empty. The gravel on the parking lot had big ditches which had turned into enormous puddles, making it bad for your car and impossible to park everywhere. I would not recommend this hotel.

The Hotel needs a makeover, urgently, but the bed was good. Breakfast, too except for the scrambled eggs - they did not look very appealing. Great and friendly service mostly, except on the second evening, when the front desk rep couldn't be bothered to serve us drinks while we waited for our company

Really nice and tidy rooms, enough choice for breakfast with fresh fruits. Good cleaning service. Location is really close to the trainstation Gent St Pieters, about a 10 min walk. To the city center is a 20 min walk

Service is good, but the rooms are pretty out dated. Sober rooms, stains in the curtains, cracks in the walls and something which looks like a suspicious stain on the wall. Breakfast is meager and way too expensive.

It's a 4 star hotel, but no WiFi in the room. The furniture is old and dirty.
Good thing people at the reception, room size, bed, selection of tv channels, fridge. However I would not recommend this hotel.response / report this review -

Not a bad little place. Bit of a hike from the town centre, but excellent staff and pretty decent rooms. Also pretty quiet.

Nice hotel, about halfway between the train station and main centre.
Took me approx 25mins to walk to the main bit.
The rooms are clean and comfortable beds with AC to keep them a good temperature.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful and suggested places to visit and eat.response / report this review
