  Very nice hotel with nice swimming pool in the center of brugges. Try booking withh tripadvisor for more discount.

  My room was a museum item in itself with a bed from 1703, antique wardrobe and a huge ancient fireplace. It's not my favorite type of decor (I didn't choose it myself either), but Die Swaene hotel is wonderful- helpful professional staff, central location, nice breakfast buffet with a la carte eggs, and a heated swimming pool in the inner yard.

  1) L'hôtel est bien, mais l'annexe est au dessus d'un ancien restaurant qui, apparemment, sert encore : les odeurs de poulpes qui enfumaient tous les étages étaient tenaces, et nous avons dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Et rien n'a été fait pour aérer ou stopper ces fumées/odeurs.
  Je ne sais pas comment ils vont réussir à faire partir ces odeurs.
  
  2) Le lit devait être double, c'était en fait 2 lits simples.

  Wij vonden dit een zeer charmant hotel. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt heeft plaats in een zeer mooi kader en was voortreffelijk. De kamer zelf leunde in ons geval aan bij de stijl van Brugge zelf, oud maar charmant. Het bed was zeer goed en wij hebben zeer goed geslapen. Wij misten daar wel de koffie- en theefaciliteiten. Ze hebben een privéparking wat een pluspunt is in Brugge. De ligging kan niet beter. Wij vinden het zeker een aanrader.
