Polite and professional staff, but awful facilities. Old and poor mantained rooms. Dirty bathrooms. Not very well located (far from city center). And breakfast that has little choices.

Clean and large rooms. A bit worn but friendly and helpful staff. Good value for 50-60 per night if you're looking for something affordable.

The Concierge was excellent and very helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is not a 4 star hotel with shabby rooms and in need of serious refurbishment. Not to be repeated by this family.

Great place. Amazing bed, pillows, shower and service. Decoration wise, beautiful. 5 Star breakfast buffet. Excellent location. I would come back and I would recommend it.

Nice staff. Nice view (but not quiet). Tired, basic but functional bedroom area. Bathroom not so good, but shower very hot and powerful enough.
Continental breakfast with good bread and coffee is functional.
Rooms need a deep clean and a refresh, but it's got everything you need.
I'd rate the hotel as a good 2* accommodation, not 4*

Nice staff; but they know that their boss is a con artist, living off of naïve tourists. Only fit for those who really don't care where they sleep. Parents with kids stay away please.

The hotel is no where near a 4 star- 2 at the most. It is very run down, the staff isn't helpful actually more rude, and it is very stale smelling.

Only positives: As people have said the rooms are big and the bedding clean.

If you stay here bring slippers as the floors are disgusting and don't take anything from the minibar as although the prices posted in the rook are 4 euros for a drink you end up paying out of pocket 13 for all the city taxes.
