  Anybody can access the unlocked electricity cabinet between 3rd and 4th floor (see photo). In these times of danger that's just plain stupid. There was a power outage on the 2nd floor the entire morning. Maybe somebody triggered it on purpose? Soon after that 3 of us got stuck in the elevator on 4th floor. We called the elevator emergency line, who only spoke French and refused to help. We then called the B-aparthotel emergency line as it was Sunday morning. The lady called the lift company and said it would take the engineer 20 minutes to get there. 60 minutes we had to wait! Then a very rude engineer came, who did not say hi. He also choose to not open the 4th floor door (which was easy), but go to the engine room instead and work on the elevator instead. We should have called the fire fighters instead. Our trip got delayed, people were scared and upset. The locked up situation could be solved easily when the B-aparthotel just keeps a lift emergency key somewhere, to open doors at any time. What if there was a fire? Embarrassing service and facilities by B-aparthotel (yes as owner of the building you are also responsible for your vendors and maintenance). Despite the cheap price and large apartments we will never come here again

  He estado 2 veces y están muy bien. Las habitaciones están muy bien y bien equipadas. La ubicación es muy buena ya que tiene el metro a la puerta. El precio está muy bien, sobre todo si tenemos en cuenta los precios de los hoteles de Bruselas. Al rededor hay varios restaurantes donde se come bien y se toma buena cerveza.

  Appartamenti spaziosi, puliti e ben tenuti. Unica scelta strana il water al primo piano e il lavandino al secondo .

  Si le système de gestion du lieu est top, nous étions très déçus du logement occupé C'était sale, les draps avaient des trous, il restait des cheveux (?) dans l'évier et la baignoire

  The apartment I have been rented was very disappointed, on the street side it is very noisy, inside lots of kitchen tools were missing or damage. The quality of furniture is used and mark everywhere. TV and air conditioner is not working, indoor parking is not practical to access, facilities are basic and poor quality. I believe they have a lot to improve to pretend being in a high quality and luxury standard.
