Helpful staff that spoke English well (I wish I spoke French well enough to have it not be necessary, but I don't and it was comforting to clear up billing and questions in English). Convenient location across from the train station in Namur. Our room was pleasant and had a nice view of the train station. The morning breakfast was well worth the added charge for us since my dairy-free and gluten-free wife was able to get some things for the start of our day. We found the convenience of the hotel breakfast, the cleanliness of the hotel, helpfulness of the staff, and the location for our daily travel by train great reasons for choosing this hotel and we would use this hotel again.

There was a minor smell of moisture in the front hall that almost made us re-think our choice. We are glad we didn't as it was just there and most likely just due to heavy rain being tracked into that area. A dehumidifier could likely change that, but it wasn't a problem throughout the hotel or in our room.

Reasonably priced and pleasant, helpful staff. Right opposite the station but not too noisy. Easy to walk into the town centre.

Chambre 109€ sans petit déjeuner ON NE CAPTE PAS LE WIFI. PAS D'EAU CHAUDE ( problème technique ) et le PERSONNEL NOUS PRENDS POUR DES CON !!!!! Le lit est dur PAS DE CHAUFFAGE (même problème que pour l'eau ) et la propreté pourrait être beaucoup mieux. Pour la moitié du prix au casino de namur les chambre sont beaucoup mieux et la vue est plus belle. RIEN ne va.

What a beauty. Clean sheets, big rooms an a central locaish'. Hot Tip: if you go up to level five an push on the fire escape you can get out onto their bomb ass roof. Hell yeah

Oh boy, coming often there. What to say. It is a nice hotel to stay in Namur, for sure. But cleaning ladies tend to pop out your room in the morning what ever sign on your door. Two floors have smocking allowance (2d and 3d) So mind your room if you hate cigarette smell! Breakfast could be better quality overall but they have a new coffee machine, yes!!

Went there with a friend, only to eat something before attending a concert. Despite arriving at the bar with plenty of time, we had to rush to arrive in time to the venue. Staff is friendly but they honor what is said about people from Namur: they are slow as snails. Aside from that, it was a bit pricy for what we ate and food quality was average.
