The best value for money out of any hostel I have stayed in on Europe. Pretty much you are staying in a hotel for hostel prices, and the rooms are super nice. The bathrooms are nice too, with really good showers. There will probably be a bit of a queue to check in but there are lots of people coming and going, and the staff were super friendly. There is also a nice bar, and it's a quick walk to the city centre.

Amazing bedrooms and toilets. The place is just great. It's a good idea that they have a bar and also, the breakfast (7 euros) was really good. It's 15 to 20 minutes walking to the city center.

Nice modern hotel. Situated near centre. Good friendly staff.

Minus: car parking was not clear. You asked 13 Euro per car. I think parking in front of the hotel is for free. Maybe for groups bigger than 10 people you can do it for free. Per 4 people, one car free. Something like that:)

Lovely room, shared with other groups but they were very considerate in not disturbing each other. The rooms were clean as were the shower and toilet facilities. The shower was powerful and soap was provided. Towels and bedding were fresh and provided free of charge. Excellent view from our room of the Justice Building. Short walk from the Grand Place.

I love the place, clean and very nicely build and decorated. The room is spacious and the kids love it. Near to the tram and train station, so easy to commute to other places. We enjoyed the breakfast as they serve salads, fruits and many other things. Perhaps, you guys can add some more menus like tuna/seafood beside the ham and chicken slices only. The staffs are friendly. Totally recommend this place. Keep up the good work!

Great Hostel: clean, quiet (for me), showers were steady on with range of temperatures, lockers were large enough for my backpack, I was so surprised to find a television in the room I didn't care there were only a couple of channels. Unfortunately the washer and dryers were out of order so we had to do some laundry in a bathroom sink. We were able to get the windows open slightly which helped with the heat on a hot day. Even as the weather cooled off we kept the window open for fresh cooler air. Close to the metro station and walking distance to downtown. To get lights and outlets to power on, there is a switch by the door that you must enter a room key into. This caused problems with roommates because someone actually took my key card once. Another time someone else had her key card in the switch but took it out at night while my phone was charging so my phone never fully charged. I can see the value in this kind of system but it is problematic in a dorm. Overall, I'd recommend this hostel to others.

decent and large rooms. they managed to accommodate us all on 1 floor. guest kitchen useful addition! reception staff very helpful although at times there were significant queues. Metro and bus and central area all within easy walk so very good location. would highly recommend this hotel/hostel for those who are going to spend only the evenings in their rooms! only downside was ventilation issues. rooms were very stuffy when the weather was warm as windows do not open

The building and design itself are great. Rooms were good sized, beds were comfy. However that was all spoiled by the customer service of the staff. The queue just to check in was atrocious. During this time no staff were on the bar or coffee cornet so I couldn't even get a drink of water for my children. After completing check in I asked for change for the vending machine only to be rudely told to join the queue again! After sourcing change the vending machines didn't even work and I was forced to take out my 4 children to find water. Not a great experience. The ladies on the front desk were rude and unwelcoming.

Seriously need to rethink costumer experience for checking in to the hotel. Using technology you can improve the flexibility to customer and avoid bottleneck at 3:00pm check in time. Minimizing the burden on employees as well.

As well need to work on front desk attitude. Happy to serve customer! don't be old fashion, there no need to be so formal.

This place is a great stay! My fiancé and I stayed here five nights and had a blast. The staff is friendly and outgoing and ready to assist in any way they can. Jeremy was one who stood out the most and made the stay here even more enjoyable. The location of this hotel is great, the environment is clean and lively, and if I'm ever back in Brussels, I know I'll be staying here again.

Well if the answer is YES (I'm sure it will be) than this is the place for you.

Not only was I wowed by the look of the exterior of this place, I was in awe of its hidden interior! Greeted by great staff (in particular a very pretty ;-) short, dark haired female that let me put my luggage and my friends at the back due to silly circumstances NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS HOTEL) and told all info needed about our stay and where everything is.

After a great first impression on the entrence and staff, we headed to our room to a few gasps from me and another lad followed by "wow, this place is better then most 4* hotels". Very very clean and tidy, modern, stylish and just exceeded my expectations!

Two other guys I came with had already experienced this place and told me it was amazing value and quality but this was better then what they said.

So overall people I would recommend this place to anyone! Families, groups, hen, stag or whatever else you are into - this is the place to be!!!!
