Nice place for the great price. Clean room, friendly staff and beautiful breakfast. Only negative is the surrounding area, not the greatest part of Brussels.

Not all rooms are renovated, area is pretty rough. Hotel is about 15minutes walk to most tourist places. Good breakfast.

The hotel is in a bad location, it is a bit unsafe during late hours.
However, the hotel did renovations recently and rooms are brand new. In addition, the hotel is modern, nice, and economic. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Staff is kind and provide you solutions. Baggage stores are available and inside the hotel, security is strict. Restaurant opens until 11pm.
Excellent for business and work. Maybe just not for families or pleasure ONLY because the location is not safe, many bad people around at night. During the day, it is safe.response / report this review -

Good cheap hotel within reasonable walking distance to station and shopping. Only problem is cobbles if walking to hotel. But the hotel does provide a shuttle to and from station midi but need to book in advance. Good buffet breakfast.

Great hotel, currently undergoing redevelopment, however the works are not intrusive on our stay. Nice and cheap and located a short walk from both the main station and the town centre.

Staff are nice, interior is beautiful but a way out of town and bathroom floor was pretty dirty when we arrived. We have enjoyed our stay though

Very friendly staff who were helpful whenever I needed any information. Shuttle service was handy. Breakfast was good, room was clean. Located in a lively area that has a lot of nice middle-eastern resturants and walking distance to centre. Only thing missing is having an iron to take to my room and a mini fridge. But would come again for my next visit

Worse hotel ever, no security cameras and staff not very nice. The location is very bad on a dangerous street where people pick on you. Everyone had an agressive behaviour and no real customer service. Would never ever recommend.

Great position, 10 minutes walk from the city center. The rooms althought were not so good/clean. Really noisy (not insulated from the outside) anche waiters tryes to enter the room (without knocking) basically everyday before 10 am.

I made a reservation on internet, but when I arrived they were over booked. The receptionist tried to make me Pay more for another room saying he had no more free rooms. I refused to pay and I have insisted to stay there with the same rate. After some insistance I have managed to get it.
The room itself is no bad. Breakfast is good.
Rooms are really lousy so I did no sleep well.
Clean.
Parking is NOT free. They have charged me 10 euros.

The good thing about this hotel is its location. It is centrally located. The furniture are very old and some are even damaged. Average experience.

I booked a room for one night. During this time, i had a very sad experience.I lost one luggage out of 3 kept at this hotel. No security for luggage. When i reported my lost baggage to hotel management , people are not serious. they did not take any responsibility to find out the missing luggage. finally i missed my documents,winter cloths,dresses,important medicines etc. My rest of my journey after this incident was very bad without having proper dress,medicines,charges
