Good quality of breakfast juices and coffee however the server wasn't so attentive. We didn't feel the genuine care. One of the best views in Aruba.

Beautiful hotel, clean, very safe COVID precautions, nice water slide for the kids. However, I paid a lot of money to stay here because of the amenities and most were not available. I felt we were the only people there, it was dead. Restaurants were closed, swim up bar closed, no activities for kids, no music playing anywhere, hardly any staff around, overpriced drinks and and not worth it. We spent most of our time going to the hotels next door. We spent 2 nights at the Renaissance before coming to the Hyatt and it was a much better experience, I wish we never left.

I went to Aruba on 9/6/2020, it was my first-anniversary gift from my Boyfriend. We stood at the Hyatt and it was such a cute hotel, with a nice beach, cute view, delicious breakfast, and incredible services. Their Covid19 regulations were very strict. They made sure you sanitize your hand at all times. Our room had a small balcony but super cute and we had a view of the beach. Their beaches are amazing and so unique. Our hotel was near some famous restaurants and retail stores. Everything was within walking distance.

Recently traveled to this hotel for my birthday weekend, it was my first time but my bf had been there several times before and now I understand why. Such an amazing experience, above and beyond, friendly, clean and gracious staff. My parents wanted to send a gift to our room and they went well out of their way to accommodate. The level of cleanliness is top notch. The beach is the nicest up and down the whole strip, from the palapas to the sand and ocean itself (we checked out all the other hotels beach set up) and lets not forget how beautiful the hotel is. I highly recommend!

They have everything open bar, pool slide rope swing all on the boat! Plus jet skiing all kinds of water sports such as water jet pack water jets tubing water skiing parasailing scuba diving snorkeling lot an the captain an staff aboard an off the boat are super nice!!! Hope to see you all again!!

A really nice place. Has 2 pools. Nice beach. .food is good. Rooms are clean and modern. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Make sure you follow directions on getting a umbrella / shaded table. It gets hot without it.

Great hotel, service, and food. I would suggest staying on the top floor. You have beautiful views from both sides of the hotel. You have a private kitchen and dining for breakfast, snacks all day, non alcoholic beverages free for staying on this floor. Well worth the money!!

HYATT is the most exclusive hotel on the beach. However, you need to be careful with room selection, since some, especially on low floors are not as good as should. Very decent lounge, hotel environment-both front and back of the hotel, great casino and shops. Front desk stuff are not friendly and, sometimes arrogant.

Buffet breakfast at the Hyatt is excellent. And the fish pond at this hotel is beautiful! Great scenic views too. There's also a shopping mall within walking distance from this hotel.

This is the place to go for a great beach day. Just walk out of the hotel and you are there. Plenty of chairs. And if you are coming from one of the cruise lines chairs are $5.00 to rent all day until 5:30. There are lots of water sports to try as well!

Better than Nice room with above avg bathroom. Lobby is beautiful with wonderful garden around pool. probably the best landscaped Hotel. Beach is overrated, too crowded, the beautiful ocean is obscured with tour boats everywhere racing in and out every so often to take people to tours. pools are a little small with the amount of people and no pool clearly for adults (no rules inforced). Staff is wonderful!

We had an amazing stay here. The staff is polite, eager to help and strives to ensure a great experience. I would recommend this hotel also for its grounds, beach, location on the island and ease of getting to and from the airport .

Hyatt built a beautiful ocean and beach. The water is calm and blue, the beach is nice white sand. All the staff I met are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping has been doing a wonderful job. The restaurant experience has been very good.

The only problem is the reserving and obtaining the beach "palapas".

This place is horrible. The staff is nice. However, if you are looking for peace in paradise, look elsewhere. Construction and power tools start going off at 9:00 am. The housekeeping staff starts banging around shortly thereafter. The food is overpriced and mediocre. Much like everything else in this hotel, the views are not as advertised. Really enjoyed listening to saws over breakfast. To sum up how bad this place is, we attempted to book another hotel while on the island.

They'll say your room isn't ready when you get here and tell you to go eat at the hotel restaurant, DON'T! I heard of 4 other couples this happened to besides my husband and I. Go outside of the hotel, don't be nervous, there are a ton of restaurants outside of the hotel to enjoy! The rooms are always clean here and the staff is very nice but the one complaint I have is that it's so much more expensive in the hotel then other places. Get coupons and look for happy hours, you came save so much money! Be careful at any of the restaurants, they will add a 15% service charge to your bill for tip and then have an additional tip area, we didn't notice this at first, you could be tipping over 30% easy and not even notice. The hotel on the plus side does give you more than enough shampoo, conditioner, and soap, so feel free to leave yours at home. Try not to make any phone calls from your room, they charged us $7 to call a local restaurant so we could make dinner reservations.

HYATT REGENCY IS MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME: Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff members. Beautiful garden.They are in the middle of every thing. Wide variety of delicious breakfast. Fanny, and Beatrice are the two best at breakfast.
Wednesday's is Lobster night which i tried and it was delicious, the rack of lamb was moist and tender. Palm beach is beautiful and calm. If you like the waves, go to Eagle beach which is a short drive away.

In A Nutshell:

-I didn't stay at the Hyatt, but my wife and I did come here to gamble at the casino.
-The casino was decent, just glad we won at blackjack ;)
-We were glad we came to check it out b/c the property in the back is amazing.
-There design was extremely detailed and very picturesque.
-The have a restaurant in the back where you can sit outside along the water, it's very castle-like.
-There is also an outdoor bar w/ live music.

Overall, the property leads out to the ocean, which is another plus.

The food was great at the hotel, I really enjoyed the buffet every morning. The room I had offered a view on the beach. The room itself was ok, not the 5 stars we are used to in Canada. The room was always well cleaned. The service was great and the employees nice. The have smoothie bar in the hotel's yard, it is to die for. The pool is nice and they even have black swans in an little artificial lake.

I would give this hotel 5 + stars, but the beach situation here is outrageous!!! I cant believe what the management condones this. The spots at the beach are being sold to the heights bidder every morning. One must be up at 7 am to go down to the towel stand, there is already a line of people and the wait is 30-45 minutes while they distribute the beach spots. The first lane goes for 45$ , the rest are less and by the time your turn comes there are no spaces left. The ambrellas are 35$ for a day. The beach is public and each hotel places some umbrellas on it and lounges and charges money for it. And worst of all, people pay the fees, damn 45$ for a spot at the beach is not advertised, nobody tells you you'll have to pay in fact everywhere they state that spots at the beach are free of charge. they have this online booking system that only shows you 4-5 spots at the far ends of the beach and all the rest is being sold. I would not expect such outrage from a large chain like Hyatt, if this hotel does not make enough money and must skim off in this manner, rather than just put more umbrellas or even rent those umbrellas for normal cost. Anywhere in the world we paid not more than 10$\€ for an umbrella and here it's 35$. Also nobody on Aruba knows that some people can't consume sugar. At least 1 flavor of sugar free ice cream or frozen yogurt would be perfect.

This hotel is really great, this was our second stay and we really enjoy it. Our kids are totally in love with water slide by the pool. Staff is very friendly, hotel has a great design and landscape - we don't have any major complaints. I would give it a 5 star review if it wasn't for beach chairs and floats. This was a daily hustle - a major inconvenience for a family with kids. To be fair this is a spring break week and hotel was really busy. I wish there was a better way to handle beach situation. Otherwise this is a great place in our opinion for a fun family vacation.

The location of this is ideal. It is within walking distance of many restraints and shops. There are many free cabanas available on the beach. Make sure to read how to reserve them. The beach is beautiful. The rooms are decently spacious. The hotel has many (pricey) restraints to chose from. Overall great hotel, would definitely stay again.

I have been going to the Hyatt for over 20 years. I was at the Hyatt last week and I was strangled from behind and then punched in the face in the casino. When the drunk man started screaming at me for no reason they didn't call security over and when he attacked me they didn't intervene. They didn't even bother to throw them out of the casino after the incident, they allowed them to continue gambling.

Besides that incident, 1 of the 3 elevators wasn't working for most of the week so I spent around 45 minutes a day waiting for elevators.

During President's Day week it is a zoo and there are a ton of kids. Parents and security let the kids run lose like the place is their own personal playground.

Stay away from this place!

I went to Arube for my birthday and from the moment I arrived to the moment I left I had an amazing time. When you arrive to the hotel, they greet you with champagne and you immediately see the beautiful view of the beach. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and kind. I can't wait to go back.

The room we booked was NOT the one that was described online or in the pictures at all, not even close. We were talking with a woman at one of the bars at the Hyatt who got the same room as us, but she got it for $2,000 less than what we paid so that was disappointing. The rooms are dated and not worth almost $4000 for a week. We could have stayed at a nicer resort for much less (all inclusive too). The food here was over priced and not good at all. Although we had a great time, for the first time ever on vacation I felt ripped off. Will never stay at another Hyatt resort. The workers here are really nice, even though we were told our room had a mini bar, but actually did not.

I had an above average experience at the Hyatt. It was conveniently located next to the beach and water sport activities. The beach isn't private which means that anyone can walk on and do what ever they want.
