Unbelievable experience. Most everyone was very friendly, not everyone loves to go to work and I understand that. For the most part, we only saw some girls at the front desk a little edgy. Food was beyond our expectation, absolutely fantastic !!! Best beach I have ever been to and not crowded in the water. Best bang for the buck. Down the beach where all the high rises are located, people were complaining about too crowded getting into the water. Ha ha to them !!!

This resort is very beautiful, some of the rooms are renovated very nicely and the older ones still looks good, the beach is well kept with the best views of the sunset. Staff here is friendly, helpful and accommodating, night entertainment is pretty good too, perfect for a 5 🌟 rating but this resort I give three stars because of the all inclusive part of it; 1. There is no mini bar in the room and has barebores amenities that you would find in a regular hotel room , 2. drinks seems watered down to me, 3. Restaurants have only a few items on the menu and the quality missed the mark, 4. The buffet is extremely lacking, you get only a few options and it doesn't change, 5. Any calls from the room even local is billed to u. I considered myself an avid traveller and been to alot of all inclusive resorts, these things that I listed was from my experience at other all inclusive that I visited. They have the perfect setting for a treat resort, just improve on those points and all will be good.

Such a great anniversary trip for us. Loved this resort. So close to town with plenty of walking paths so we could still get our exercise in. There was always something going on to entertain us. The ocean was amazing along with the pools. Definitely a place to remember, we loved it. The only complaint I have is the shuttle bus drivers and golf cart drivers. We were almost hit several times due to them speeding pass, around, and not giving pedestrians the right of way. There is a walk way that leads to the next property the Tamarijn and they will fly by you so make sure you don't trip or slip on the ledge because you be ran over they won't be able to stop due to them speeding pass you. Also be careful and pay attention when there are 2 shuttles coming from both ways they will push you literally off the walking path down to the beach sand because they can't wait for the other to pass then to proceed. At night they drive with no lights on so if your not paying attention and looking behind you every few steps they will fly by you and you will wonder what just hit me. You can't hear the shuttles only the golf carts which is an accident just waiting to happen due to then speeding and not turning on their lights.

Pros - great beaches spread out so not too crowded. Multiple Resorts connected together so you can walk between all of them even though you're only staying at one of them.
Cons. - staff prioritises socializing amongst themselves over serving food, some food is really good but most of it is very repetitive, staff are on island time so don't expect service quickly unless you tip. Then you are a marked individual and they swarm you. Every bartender makes the same drinks differently. I don't drink alcohol often but after 5 drinks could not feel anything different. Back home half a glass of wine does me in.

Best Vacation Ever Aruba. This all-inclusive is combined with another one a short walk away which adds up to six available restaurants. The restaurants are mediocre to fair, for some reason none of the fish at any of these places is fresh. The restaurants are also only available for the evening meal and need to be reserved a couple of days in advance. The Buffet is the only choice for breakfast and lunch, and here the food is just awful. The ocean-view room we had was great, beautiful, quiet, comfortable. All of the staff in every capacity are terrific, could not be more friendly or helpful. The bartenders at the all-inclusive bars are not shy about pouring top-shelf alcohol. The mile and a half of beach is scenic, clean, good surf, great for swimming, beautiful. If they improved the food situation this place would be 100% perfect.

WOW! Beautiful resort and the most friendly staff anywhere! Raymond was especially helpful getting us to our room and was funny too! No wonder everyone loves Raymond! Thanks to all at the resort, it was a fantastic visit that we won't forget!

Large Rooms. Lots of activities to do for all ages. Close proximity to a clean, soft sand, calm beach with lots of natural umbrellas and beach chairs. Great staff. Perfect place for families.

Pros: Staff is friendly. The rooms are clean.. the food is good. You have a nice variety. You are right on the beach. The alcoholic beverages varies(something for everyone). Several restaurants on the grounds. There are 2 shops on the grounds to purchase gifts or snacks or things you may have left at home.
Cons: The drinks(juice) are way too sweet. Night entertainment is slow(boring), but if you go to the Tamrijn hotel (5min walk away), they have great night shows.

The hotel room and the views were very nice, however there is not much to do in the resort other than drink and go in the pool or to the beach. There is a casino and shops within walking distance, but those are not part of the all-inclusive. The food was not terrible considering a lot of it has to be imported. The staff, although accommodating, seemed to be a little rude although I'm not sure if it was because of the language barrier or not. It was nice not having to worry about paying for any food or drinks you had while staying. Overall it was an enjoyable trip but it could have been better.

Halfway through the holiday 😁 just like home but better.. One we had got acclimatise Beach really fantastic and morning walks to Eagle beach and back 😁
Great place Staff Food and service. Even when the maintenance team was needed to clear a dain Very good response

Beautiful grounds and rooms! Our room had two balconies and a private roof top spa. Everything was clean and the people were friendly. I would definitely go back. I would however, walk further down the beach to Eagle Beach. you will have to rent chairs ($10/chair/day) but it is worth it than staying on Divi's beach (where you are farther from the water and will be pelted by the sand). The water is much calmer and clearer at Eagle beach.

We're 7 nights into a 14 night stay and so far I would recommend the Divi A/I to anyone thinking of coming to Aruba. Great beachside location, good selection of food at most times of the day, bars open from 11am - 1am. Around a half dozen or so pools to choose from if you prefer that to the sea. Entertainment is provided every night from 6.30 onwards. The grounds are well kept and the staff are attentive & friendly. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star rating is because although the rooms are well proportioned & perfectly adequate with supersize beds a few of the buildings could do with a little smartening up on the outside, not all but some. Having said that given the opportunity I'd return again, and again, and again.

I've never been to an all inclusive, but this was amazing. Beautiful location, friendly staff, and amazingly clean, which is no easy feat with a million people walking to the beach and back all time. Also getting to watch the friendly neighborhood iguanas that live onsite. You honestly don't need to the leave the resort, all the best parts of Aruba are there on their beach.

Great place for family's and couple.. Beaches are breath taking and the hotel is very clean. Food is very good and the working for the most part are helpful and polite.. Stood at this resort for 7nights and 8 days and cant wait until my next stay at this place. The only Thing is that it could get very windy and the sand on the beach would be hitting you on the face but for the most part it's usually a calm wind and makes the temp feel a lot cooler then what it is.

Loved the fact the rooms open right on to a beautiful caribbean beach. The food was good and options great. The staff was overall helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend it and will return someday.

This place is OK, the front desk people were very rude and unaccomodating. Everyone else was nice and happy especially if gratuity was favored. Good food and bars.

Can't beat the viewsright on the beach with access to free/paid activities. Shuttle service to neighbor hotel and casino (nothing to write home about).

Pools are closed from 7p-7a which I find odd.

The location of this hotel and the room itself were very nice but the front desk experience taints my review of the entire property.

Overall experience was quite satisfying but that's speaking more of Aruba rather than Divi. Restaurants reservations are quite annoying. The staff is NOT very accommodating. Sometimes you feel that you were in a military base when it came to showing up early for restaurants. Despite the tables being empty, the staff simply gave you the 'finger'.

On a positive note, the hotel is safe, the city is safe, water is safe to drink and we will come back to Aruba!. Beautiful island. One of the best in Caribbean.

Staff very friendly and helpful.Food was good so we're the drinks.Beach was only 20 steps from our room. I would definitely go back to this resort.Only problem that they were working on the rooms near ours. I guess it's good they were upgrading.

We are very happy we selected this resort. Not only Aruba is safe and you can drink the water, but the resort was simply amazing in every aspect.
Food is superb, with a lot of selection. Very friendly and professional staff.
Will go back and i would recommend this resort :)

Love this place. Never over crowded, great food, located on the best beach on the island and the staff is AMAZING!!! They keep the resort in immaculate condition everywhere you look you will see staff cleaning. Most people you meet here have been vacationing here for years. I've been 5 times now and do my best to make it back down at least once a year. GREAT choice for a vacation!!!!!

I have been to this hotel many times and keep going back. I love it!!! Even tho they lost some of their beach this fall during a storm, it was still wonderful. A crew was working to restore the beach by dredging offshore and sending the sand through large pipes. The hotel is great but their best feature is the people who work there. They are all friendly and helpful. Every year we see the same waiters and waitresses in the dining places, the same maids the same cooks etc. It's like going to your own vacation home. I am planning on going back next fall.
