My husband and I decided to travel to the Caribean even though we live in a tourist country. But I had heard so many great things about this hotel we decided to meet with family there. The hotel is located in the best part of the island right in front of the best snorkeling area. I had the best time with all the fish. We fed them bread and it was just so great. They will supply you with snorkeling equipment. I was happy. There is nothing bad that I can say about this hotel, 13 rooms that seems you have the whole place for yourself, it’s quiet and peaceful and great chill music in the launge where the bar is. Christine can really prepare the best cocktails and then we had the best meal in Aruba right there with the sunset. The most beautiful sunset I have ever seen , right in front of you. There is something about the food in Oz that you feel perfect afterwards. On Friday they have sushi special. I can’t even begin telling you how good that was. Order the Chefs plater. Great for two and then we had an extra roll .
I would dream of waking up for breakfast, super health and super satisfying, be sure you ask for the Trio de Arepas. Amazing!!!!
The whole concept they have is very superior of many places we have been. It’s very personalized services. But not overdone. Ocean Z we will definety be back next year. We fell in love with all of you.

The Best hotel i have been in Aruba. Nothing describes the experience we had. You need to come and see for yourself. The staff just cant be better and the dedication and love they work is exactly Home away fron your home .
Highly recomended !!!!!!!
Súper clean and amazing decor.

Amazing! All you need in one place..
My experience was wonderful, I have been coming to Aruba many times and after I spend 5 nights at the Ocean Z Boutique Hotel I have to say I would never go back to another hotel. I had a infinity pool out side my room with a beautiful view of sunset and sunrise from my bed Super romantic! All the staff were very special, Eva, Andreina, Davy, Christine, Always taking care of what you need, making you feel at home, but much better, The food for us was amazing that we did not need to go out to dinner , they have the best food we have tried in the island. There is nothing I can say we did not like about the hotel even keeping our room sparkling clean every day. Thanks all for this beautiful Experience.

It was the best vacation i have ever had. This is a hotel that is really more than 5 stars will be back again .The hotel is the cleanest place i have ever encounter. The staff the owners and the whole ambiance was impecable. It was nice to know they amigable to all kinds of family. There is absolutley no type of discriminación. Best place in Aruba. Had an amazing time in the hotel. Spent my birthday (the 31st of dec) in a beautiful and delicious dinner full of surprises.
The hotel has an unforgettable viw to Aruban Ocean from the rooms and lobby. The pool has an excelent location in the hotel, for it refreshes the view from anyplace in Ocean Z.
The attention from the host is lovely, always attempt to everyones needs. And willing to assist and even spoil the custumers.
The room is great, comfortable bed, big screen tv with access to netflix. The bathroom has a glass cealing that allows you to shower beneath the stars or blue sky.
Overall, had an amazing time, with great people and good food

He has not sit in our hotel. So if you put STARS then please for our knowledge put the reason for those stars.

This was my first trip to the island of Aruba and I already cannot wait to come back. I'm not even sure where to begin to explain my experience at Ocean Z. There are some places that fall so far beyond your expectations that a level to rate them on is just too high to measure. Ocean Z is one of those places.

My mother stayed at this hotel in May of 2017 and loved it so much that she invited me to stay with her when she returned the following September. We stayed one week and I was so reluctant to leave. Even with my mother's description of her previous trip, nothing could have prepared me for the stay I had at Ocean Z. It's something you have to experience to believe. It's difficult to articulate the feeling of staying here.

The hotel arranges for complimentary transportation upon arrival at the airport as well as your departure. During our stay we also had the luxury of being provided transportation from Ocean Z to a nearby fitness facility, to and from Arashi Beach (with lounge chairs and a packed cooler!), and also to Palm beach around local shops.

Ocean Z is located in a beautiful area close to anything you could possibly need. The conditions of the hotel common areas, grounds as well as the rooms themselves are kept meticulously clean. The cuisine offered is comparable to that of a high-end restaurant in both quality and presentation. We had dinner here three nights because it was so amazing. The complimentary breakfast was prepared exactly as requested each morning. Absolutely leagues above any other "complimentary" breakfast I've ever had at any hotel. The room was immaculate and extremely comfortable. I loved that sleeping was effortless because of how quiet it was. No noisy hotel guests going up and down the halls at random hours like in a lot of places. Just a peaceful and restful place to stay- (and that's coming from someone who suffers from insomnia!).

As I said, my reluctance to leave was very real; I genuinely felt at home here. A very special thank you to both Andreina and Niurca for going so far above and beyond accommodating and also for the genuine kindness that I've never encountered in any other place I've ever vacationed. I don't expect to find the level of compassionate attention and accommodation anywhere else I'll ever stay.

I'm going to miss this place so much and I absolutely cannot wait to return!!!

You need to check this amazing hotel by yourself and really experience the most amazing vacation , i cant say enoug of this amazing personalized experinece . My husband and I chose to come to Aruba for the very first time for our honeymoon. We had planned to stay at the Ritz and we were so disappointed when we arrived to find compromised service and room conditions. We tried to work with the hotel, but when they moved us rooms (to the same room, no upgrade for the inconvenience and no acknowledgement from management) and we found the room in similar conditions, we could not tolerate paying Ritz prices for less-than Ritz service. It was not worth the money. We had no idea where to go next - until reviews on trip advisor and rare availability led us to Ocean Z. From the first phone call to our early morning airport departure, Ocean Z provided luxurious, individualized service. They redeemed our honeymoon and gave us the happiest experiences in our last few days. Breakfast each morning was individually prepared overlooking the ocean, adventure tours were personally arranged with our interests in mind, and evening cocktails were made especially for us. They even opened the boutique after hours so I could pick out a beautiful dress for our last dinner! For our beach day, the Ocean Z team filled us a cooler of our favorite drinks, provided us with lounge chairs, and brought us to the beautiful Ashari beach on our last day. They brought us lunch and replenished our beverages later in the day. A few people even approached us to ask where we were staying! It was a stay like no other and though our honeymoon got off to a disruptive start, we are grateful we had the opportunity to stay at Ocean Z. The entire team goes above and beyond to ensure their guests have an enriching and memorable experience! This hotel truly has it ALL and you are not just another number. King suite with infinity pool overlooking the ocean, amazing employees, bed & breakfast vibe with luxury hotel amenities, excellent location - away from the crowds but close to everything, gorgeous natural light, unique & beautiful architecture, attention to detail, impeccable cleanliness, no hidden fees or costs, individualized service that is hard to find.

This place is completely amazing! Not only is it spotless and appointed with exquisite, modern luxury right on the ocean, the service outshines it all. Not a "trained-in" kind of service akin to high end hotel chains, it is a service like you became part of their family when you booked, and they truly want to do anything for you. They even made a custom cocktail for me at their ocean view bar based on the flavors I like and what kind of alcohol I was in the mood for that nightorder the Juantiniyou will thank me if by some miracle we ever cross paths! Oh, and you will also thank me if you order the avocado toast with two poached eggs for breakfast, oceanside. Cant wait to return!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this beautiful boutique hotel!! So stunning with personal service! The rooms are amazing and well appointed. I was in a suite with a private eternity pool, perfection! Breakfast to order was top notch! Any reasonable request was granted! Airport pickup and drop off, transportation to the trendy shopping areas, coordination of excursions, all complimentary. The bathroom has a huge modern shower with jets, a picture window and skylight. Bulgari toiletries. I will definitely return!

The most and unique experience. From the airport to the boutique hotel starts the 1st experience gr8 service very friendly.
The boutique hotel is just the best paradise experience. Beautiful sunrise.. the best sunset from your your / balcony..
The breakfast is surprise everyday. gr8 service!!!!!
The open shower is just AMAZING, to go to beach Ocean Z make sure you have best spot
@ the Arashi Beach.
All by all The Best Hotel in Aruba. Its a MUST to Vistit.

My husband and I had a destination wedding at an exclusive restaurant in Aruba and chose Ocean Z as our accommodation for us as well as our very close friends and family. It was the best decision! Not only did we feel like royalty, we had such an intimate and unparalleled experience with the people we love most. The pool, the food, the beach right out front - everything was incredible.

The honeymoon suite we stayed in had it's own private infinity pool and lounge area. It was a dream! The sunsets were spectacular - and we saw every one from the privacy of our own suite and even from our waterfall shower. The walk in closet was huge - perfect to hold my wedding dress and event outfits. Each room even has its own Nespresso machine, so I could get my caffeine fix everyday without even leaving the room.

Overall, it was an experience I will never forget. We hope to come back for our anniversary year after year!

Our experience was flawless from beginning to end, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the open-sky bathroom was a very nice surprise.
My girlfriend was delighted when she discovered the Bvlgari products in the bathroom. The pool was very pleasing and don't even get me started on the food, it was of the utmost care, they even took into account the fact that I'm allergic to seafood and gave me a menu specially adjusted to my needs.

This is the ultimate personalized experience. I am definitely coming back.

Eva is an amazing woman that I am sure everyone will be delighted to meet.

I can't recommend enough this hotel.
