Lachlain Ramsay, head of Hocking Stuart Ballarat's Property Management took over the management of my property approx 3-4 months ago and I highly recommend him. A fantastic communicator, he has kept me informed at all times during the re-letting process, and the follow up has been brilliant. Thanks Lachie!

Hocking Stewart in Ballarat took over our property management after we had a very uncomfortable experience with another local agent.
I cant praise Lachlain the property manager enough, he is very diligent and goes the extra mile to make it work for both the tenant and owner.
Its a three way partnership, tenant, manager, owner, everyone is happy and everyone wins.response / report this review -

House needed cleaning when we moved in (dirty shower, oven and sinks and some pink mould in the bathrooms). Did not do the final inspection when they were supposed to. Equalled three weeks to get our bond back in total as they did not send us the PDF when supposed to (we then used our initiative after realising we don't need to be sent it by an estate agent, found the form ourselves and was challenged by the estate agent for doing so). Further to this, the estate agent actually then called me after this review, to challenge this feedback further and was very aggressive. They did not take the feedback well and in the end were very impolite.

Contacted Jamie Gepp re 1 st James avenue Sebastopol vic we wanted an inspection and were genuine buyers We got put off with excuses for over 2 weeks turns out he managed to get another buyer in the house and signed up before we even got a chance to see the property we were a bit suspicious when the for sale sign was down last week Why was he not honest with us if he already had another buyer? also the client may have missed a better price by selective sale In fairness to HS had a frank discussion with director

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Lachlain Ramsay as a Property Manager - He is without a doubt an asset to this business and will recommend him for his professionalism and passion for his role to absolutely everyone. I have been privledged to have Lachlain as my Agent for around 3 years now, he has been with me both through Hocking Stuart and another agencie.
We have never had no-contact and no action, he and Hocking Stuart have both been prompt and understanding at all times. With a high precision for detail, customer care and proffesional conduct i could not reccomend anyone else.
