Not friendly and no reception at chick in time , the staff Michelle afraid to talk to passengers. There hate passengers go there and chick in.

Inexpensive place to stay. I shared a room with 3-5 other men, thankfully I was the only one who snored. Interesting other guests. Nice kitchen.

is not the usual backpacker..
it actually feels like housesharing!
the place is clean(never seen a backpacker so clean before) and well looked after..
is quiet and functional..
less than 5 minutes walk from the town center..
probably my first overall positive experience in a budget accomodation.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I originally booked to stay here, and received a booking confirmation. I was then told my booking was not confirmed because they didn't realise the date I booked it was the date of a big event in Bendigo so they bumped the price up and told me cancel it and to re-book it. I then agreed to pay more because I had no other option. My second booking was confirmed. Then they AGAIN replied to me that I NEED TO CANCEL AND BOOK FOR 2 NIGHTS INSTEAD OF ONE!! They didn't state this ANYWHERE on the booking before the confirmation. This is absolute bullsh*t. Never recommending to anyone. Such poor customer service and communication.
