First time selling my home I was quite nervous but working alongside Sonya Kurul I really can’t say enough good things about her. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, approachable, personable and incredibly generous with her time (much of it was outside of office hours). Would not hesitate to work with her again in the future!

From a buyers perspective we were very pleased with our dealings through Barry Plant and more specifically agent Sonya Kurul. She was fantastic at keeping us up to date throughout the process of buying our first home and always kept us in the loop taking time from her day to call and check in with us prior to settlement. She made us feel less daunted by the prospect of buying a house and explained everything very clearly.

Nothing but the highest praise for Alycia Baines and the team at Barry Plant! Alycia was exceptional from the day she apprised my home until it was sold 2 weeks later. Alycia completely took the stress out of selling my home which was important to me as an older person. Thanks again Alycia!
