Decor is OK and it's in a very handy location. Menu is a bit over priced and the staff are not going to retire from a exhauston. Serves coffees, teas, soft and alcoholic drinks. Snacks like sandwiches, rolls, toasted or fresh. Overall it's in a convenient location

Awful customer service, attitude and range of food.
I was served what I was told was a vegan roll BUT it contained cheesy pesto and feta. It was served stone cold with LIGHT toasting despite waiting 30mins for it.
Staff were on their own time, in their own world. With no regards to expediting anything at a speed of your average airport food lounge. A staff member was tidying condiments on a table while patrons were waiting to be served and while we watched the ‘vegan’ roll go cold.
Beer range is awful. Not sure what contract they have but if they had one decent beer I would have bought one. Fat yak was as inspiring as it got.
Utterly disappointing- the only thing going for it was the decor.

Not good for Melbourne Airport think they better get new restaurants in here

I would have given it 5 stars as the food was great, staff are very friendly but the coffee was burnt. Highly recommended if you're looking for tasty food, but just a little bit expensive, but I guess that's what you get when you eat at the airport. Food was well presented, and place was clean.

Over 20 dollars for a fish and chips meal that wouldn't satisfy the most starved African children. Absolute rip off. 8 and a half chips and 3 fish fingers. Do not waste your money.

1 star is not even good enough for this place. Food was disgusting (and so cold), service is even worse. Not the first time i've been here and experienced this but unfortunately the first time i'm writing a review.

Really..
There was coffee grains is my coffee, not good
Also the table was very sticky and when we asked to have it cleaned the sprayed the cleaning spray onto the table and all over us.

Waited 45 minutes for food, which is ridiculous for an airport establishment, only to get cold food and inedible steak. Very disappointing. Worst meal we've ever had!
