There's a 2 % surcharge for paywave. If they explained this, I would have paid via eftpos. Coffee ok. Food a tad exp, and nothing special. Eggs on toast comes with almost no toast. (Silly, small, bit of sourdough, cut in half).

I have been eating at the Xchange since I first moved to Canberra in 2012. I still believe that the Xchange has ticked almost all the boxes for a great eatery! Good coffee, great food, friendly service, comfortable seating arrangements and the Xchange paella is the best I've had in the ACT.

Great food, good service. Excellent place to go for a a casual lunch. Spent well over an hour there and we weren't rushed by staff. My husband says it was better than Jamie's.

It's our second visit in 12 months and I'm very happy to see that the Tuscan breakfast is as good as ever! Disappointed by the 2℅ card surcharge fee.

Had to leave the place paying the full bill without having the food. The owner was more worried about getting his $140 worth of leather chair dirty than my family having the breakfast. Yeap! The owner quoted the price of the chair and didn't want my 4 years old child to sit on the leather chair because it will get dirty. Also made a comment what we have ordered is not close to the cost of the chair. Very rude and offensive!

The owner needs to learn how to behave and get the priority right. Definitely not going back there.
