I first contacted Aussie Belconnen about 4 years ago when I wanted to get some information on what steps I needed to take to buy my first home. I'd spoken with a few banks and other brokers all of whom were condescending or weren't even interested in helping me. Keith Fiebig was the broker who contacted me from Aussie. From the very beginning was patient and took the time to explain the steps that would put me in good stead to buy a home. I took those steps and about four years later I contacted Keith again. Throughout the whole process of buying my home he was always available, always answered my millions of little annoying questions and took the time to educate me and make sure I was informed. He did it all with a sense of humour too. I definitely would seek Keith's help again should I ever need it. I definitely cannot recommend him highly enough!! Thanks!!

I would definitely recommend using a Mortgage Broker and Michelle Coleman from Aussie Belconnen was excellent! She guided us every step of the way and explained the whole process to us in detail. After the initial appointment we could liaise by email and phone if required minimising disruption to our working day. Michelle goes above and beyond and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a mortgage.
