Great steaks and wine list. Been there many times over many years. Recently changed hands and menu altered. Bring back desert pancakes for the return of the fifth star.

Enjoyed the prime sirloin. The meat was done medium as requested and tasted tender and juicy.

Up until recently, this place was a solid and consistently excellent place for steak etc. With a complete change of staff, increased pricing it's hit reverse big time. The meat tasted a lower grade and was tough and dry. Unfortunately, really disappointing. The good old times are gone..

It's always a favourite in town. Classic steaks, great wine and a venue stepped in tradition. It's like stepping in a time machine.
