They usually get your order wrong. Looks like they have really high turnover rate- big problem.

Good service friendly staff but you also get the smoke from staff smoking just outside, would not recommend outdoor dining unless you are a smoker

Normal Macdonalds with lots of nice seating and a fun playground for kids. Never had any troubles here that we haven't experienced at other Macdonalds, usually a bit dirty and needing a quick clean up of tables and the bathroom. But it's usually run well and we enjoy our visits here. It's fun coming here for breakfast after seeing the Hot Air Balloons, that's a tradition with our family.

I ordered a mc chicken burger and I was very excited, but once I got home I went to eat this burger then to find there was no sauce what a rip off!

I'm aboslutley asstounded by the bad service I had reiceved. When I order a chop top I except a decent amount of ice cream, not a table spoon of it. And as for the mcflurrys, they were half full. For $4!! If the employees keep serving bad food. (Edit) they can't even work the register. The incompetency is unbelievable. I'll be telling everyone how terrible the service is. Waiting 10 minutes for a drink is appalling

Drive thru times are quick and reliable. Although the coffee Machine at drive thru is visibly dirty; milk, coffee, syrup along the bench and walls. When handed my coffee the other day, my hand became dirty and sticky from the bottom of the cup. My Mocha, did not taste like a Mocha and had a spoonful of chocolate powder dunked on top.

Burger was tipped out of the box and in the bag. Was definately not done by me, the burger had obviously been carelessly thrown into the paper bag.

Should not be allowed to be located next to a school, and on prime real estate.. Shame. Who allowed this? There are far more suitable locations for fast food in Belconnen that would not impact business, and may in fact improve business. This should be relocated.

Most of the time drive thru service is good however one sugary sweet chick cbf checking for butter and said the store doesnt have butter. Interesting considering her work mate had just gone and found 2 for me!

Went through drive through. Got home and had been given completely wrong order. Called and their response was to come back and they would give me the right order. Didn't as apologise. Yes I'm well aware I could go back and drive 10k and do that. It's the inconvenience and they didn't offer send a voucher or something else. I rarely eat McDonald's so really annoying.

Having a coffee now, tatses great like how a cafe should be. Had a decent conversation to the staff and felt welcome. Dining room is clean and tidy
